I was really stressed and freaked out coming to the Public Storage office because I really need a storage unit for my things- my lease ending + not being able to get an apt by the time I need it, just put a lot of pressure on me. She made me feel secure in choosing this specific place. She even showed me the unit before I decided to bring all my things. Need more people like this in customer service!!

Exiting is a pain if you expect the app the work and let you out. It will keep you locked in. App provides access code if you're near gate. Back up and enter code. It won't provide the code if you stop at the key entry. Also, be careful standing under your roll up door because it may drop on your head.

Clean, well organized spaces in a great part of town. Jorge, the manager at the facility, helped a ton to get the perfect space picked out and went above and beyond to help me deal with some IT issues I was having with my Public Storage login. Would definitely recommend!

The gate don't work magority of the time from your phone. I should be able to open gate from phone but It doesn't work.

Monthly rate more than doubled since Public Storage bought this in 2022. 7/2022 rate raised from $78 to $107, then 7/2023 raised to $139.00 and 7/2024 was going to be $184.00. Twice I got emails that my unit was “unlocked or improperly locked”and they put their lock on and I had to go through the office and then they make you sign their updated contract (even though payments are made by credit card autopay and up to date). When I got the email about the rate increase for July 1, 2024 a person called wanting me to come in and sign a new rental agreement. I refused and said I was moving out. My autopay for June was made by credit card. June 6 I went to move out and their lock was on my unit and I had to wait until the manager got there at 9:30 AM to open the unit. Inside the unit was the lock I had purchased from them - it had been cut with a hacksaw. So I think they cut my lock off to force me to sign the new agreement and that kept me from accessing my unit until the manager was there. Or their security is bad if they are going to claim that “someone” cut off my lock and then left the cut lock in the unit? Oh, and you cannot talk to a person when you call the number on the office door or the national number unless you choose the prompt to rent a unit. And when Public Storage took over they immediately sent a notice deleting the 10 day notice before lien sale of your unit’s contents for non-payment that was in the All Storage agreement. And if you put your access code in too many times in short order, you are locked out and have to wait until the property manager shows up for business hours. Expect the door to be locked if the one employee is out on the property. So no 24 hour access if there is a problem. Public Storage is predatory capitalism at its finest is what my experience has been.

I've rented a couple of units here since before Public Storage bought the property. In all cases Michelle has been extraordinarily courteous and professional in helping me out with reservations and rentals. She reps the company well.

The facility is a good size – not small and not large. Went in looking for a storage I was so amazed at how these two ladies treated me in the office, and how affordable it was also the storages are really nice and when they say climate control they mean it here I was so relieved after being in the sun and moving my items some on foot to step inside. We needed a temporary space to keep product as we waited for our commercial lease to start. Michelle could not have been easier or more accommodating to work with. We got in to a well lit indoor climate controlled space quickly and leaving the space and clean out was a breeze.

This location is so ideal since it's so close to home, I've lived in the area for years and I have never noticed this place before, they are a little tucked behind trees lining Bryant Irvin Rd. I've even gone to discount tire before and never noticed but they share the same parking lot! I really appreciate the access hours here, until 10pm daily. The last time I needed storage I went to a facility just up the street but their access stops at 8 and it was sometimes difficult to make it in time if I needed to go to my unit after work during the week. I was surprised at how big this facility actually is, it doesn't appear that way when you pull up to the business. The facility is gated and appears well maintained, no trash, weeds, junk or broken stuff laying around. I met with Michelle and she was very detailed and polite in answering all of my contact related questions, she seems to be a really capable manager. We found a space that fit my needs at an affordable monthly rate, I will say it is $7+ than the one down the street although I consider Simply's gate hours and location already worth the slightly higher price, not to mention the customer service, clean and safe facility. You get what you pay for, and then some!

Over 8 years and going!! Michelle is the best, at this point like family. I've never had a problem with pest or anything missing. If there are any changes, Michelle always made sure I was informed. The building is always well kept. Even with the price increase, I wouldn't change. You can't beat good customer service added with great hospitality. This location is the best!!!

My husband and I went to this storage because it is close to our home. Our daughter is coming to stay with us for the summer before she goes back to college. I was surprised at how large the property is, Michelle was fantastic, showed us the property and a couple of different sizes, she was super. I feel that my daugherts belongings will be safe here! This storage company is the worst ! I have nothing good to say about my experience. One exception ….the manager at the office is exceptional and represents with professionalism and good communication. They are lucky to have her. I have been using this storage service since 2019 and experienced the company change. It’s worse and definitely not worth the significant increase in rental price we have experienced in the last year. DO NOT RECOMMEND. So many more companies in the FW area. I will be planning to leave this storage service in the near future. The list of my grievances are too many to continue with my time spent here.

I am floored by the service provided by the front office. The unit I rented is priced fairly and even cheaper then others down the street. The location is safe and secure since is fully gated and there are also cameras which is nice for when I come in the evenings

One of the best storage facilities around. With top notch security, surveillance and 24 hour entry this place is hard to beat. Over 10 years I been here I never had any issues that never got resolved. Michelle is super nice and helpful and will do everything she can to make you feel comfortable. Cody is the problem solver, you have any big issues he is the man to talk to. Overall, I give this place a perfect 5 stars. As long as I have storage needs I don't see myself going anywhere else.

I’ve been in the area going on two years, over time I’ve been overwhelmed by more and more random furniture. Michele and Reanna were great to find me a clean yet manageable space for my extra couch and dogs kennel. At 1st I thought I would be here for just a year but after enjoying the area I thoroughly enjoy the service.
