Upon needing a storage unit, I found this location that was close to 360 which is where I needed it to be close to. When looking at the different options available to me Carina was an absolute delight to deal with and made the whole process easy. Changed ownership 3 times, seamlessly, prices going up every time with a forced insurance policy for public storage- switching to their app was seamless and is full featured

The elevator is broken, no front desk staff, and they added more fees and nearly doubled my unit rent.
I’ve called and tried to speak to someone but got a voicemail 4 days ago and have yet to receive a call.
I’m over it, I’m looking elsewhere to move my stuff and you should too!

Bella is so helpful and patient. Secured the storage unit last week and I moved in today. Easy move in. Feels secure and safe. I was worried my stuff wouldn’t fit in the 10x10 and she assured me that they’d be able to accommodate by providing a larger space or additional small storage if needed.
Moving is stressful for me already and they made it super easy.

This facility was only great when it was Cube Smart. Back then, the prices were reasonable, the managers were helpful, and the amenities you got for your rental were generous. Now, it's rate increases every 3-4 months, unreasonable demands about facility usage and rude managers. Bella is truly the worst. The whole act is fake. She pretends to care, but does nothing to change the any of the problems, and she is part of the problem why I now hate this facility. Not kept nearly as clean. Always smells like sewage in the lobby. They are never in the office to take your payment or answer your questions and rude signs on the door telling people they will be locked in the building. The whole thing is unbelievable to me. Go somewhere else if you don't need it right in this area --- DO NOT RENT HERE if you do not have to. There are cheaper, more friendly options close by. If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me, I would.

Place is fine. Easy to rent. I paid for a 10x30 and received 3 10x10. It wasn’t what I was expecting when we got there. Which I also then had to pay for 3 locks. We couldn’t find out unit due to this bc the unit number did not exist. Climate controlled but still warm. There are ppl that live and work in their units.

This storage facility is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bella, the store manager, was very helpful throughout our time at Simply Storage, especially with our move-out process. The building is very clean, has spacious elevators, and flatbeds to use to help with moving.
I have been storing my things at simply self storage for alittle over 6 months and the property is always kept so clean and safe and well lit for late nights dropping or picking things up. Also Bella Burchett the property manager is super helpful always nice and smiling and greeting you if they are on property even if it’s just a wave and a smile. I’ve appreciate the help they and service they have provided during my storage stay.

Lupe is AMAZING! From the check-in to check-out process Lupe made sure I was taken care of. I ended up needing to downgrade to a smaller unit. He walked me up both times to my units helping me navigate, then helped me figure out how the lock works, as well as how the elevator and gate code works. I was beyond satisfied, Thanks Lupe.
I have been renting a storage @ Simply Self Storage for a year now. I travel for work throughout the US. It is the best storage place to rent... not only is it climate controlled, very reasonablely priced, but most of all they have great customer service. I don't have to worry about my personal belongings in storage because of the security that is in place. Unlike some places where anyone and everyone can access your storage units, only you can access your personal storage by putting in your personal code to gain access to the building and you put in your code to gain access to the elevator to get to the floor your storage unit is on. No two people have the same code nor is there a universal code for the storage building. I also like the storage unit hours are great as well.
So, as I continue my travels with work I will always have peace of mind that my belongings will be safe, have great customer service and they are only a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns.

I had been renting a unit since Feb and the staff is nothing but amazing. I would forget to pay my unit and I would get a courtesy call from one of the reps from the office reminding me. I finally moved my things out and it was past the 1st of the month. Instead of getting a prorated charge, a rep was able to close out the account with no charge. The storage was amazing as well as the reps that work there. Thank y’all 😍
This is the first time me and my husband ever had a storage unit and Janie was the right person at the right time! From the moment we entered the building Janie was very patient with us, answering all our questions and making sure we knew of all the rules, the sizes of units as I was still very confused of the different sizes beforehand. Jaimie at the front desk was a wonderful help in helping me find the right storage unit. I thought I was definitely going to need a place to store a couple of things for a while during a stressful situation. My situation didn’t turn out that bad and I didn’t need the storage unit after all. I called back the next day and explain to them that I no longer needed the unit and I haven’t moved anything in and really I was asking for just a partial refund and they went ahead and gave me 100% refund so I think that this is a great place and not keeping a portion of my money or even all of my money like I know some places have done to people in the past. So the next time I need a storage unit I will definitely go to this place Simply Self Storage has a clean property and nice and welcoming atmosphere.

5 years later this place is Simply Self Storage and has increased the rate twice since they took over around January 2022. My rate stayed the same for 4 years with CubeSmart. They do not care about you and it shows. My interactions could be summed up like, "We're the new landlord, we raised the prices and will continue to do so. Pay up or get gone."
I absolutely hate it now and will move out as soon my husband and I can afford it. I used to love this facility but can no longer give it five stars. Branch manger is rude and corporate is difficult to reach. I am still waiting to get in touch with someone. I do not recommend unless you want your stuff held hostage to their on a whim rate increases.
Update: I'm now locked out of my unit. And I'm sure you have all the justification in the to be ruthless. Doesn't make it right. Everyone is struggling right now so you raise your rates. Terrible customer service.

Lupe did everything possible to accommodate me with my first ever storage unit. The check-in process was seamless and I ended up needing to upgrade to a bigger unit. Lupe at this location was awesome. He was super friendly and sweet. I wish he was there all the time. We were moving out some furniture and he made sure to help us keep the doors open so we wouldn’t struggle, we didn’t even know we could ask to do that, he just did it for us!
Price increase twice in less than 8 months. Since Simply Self Storage took over, quality decrease a lot. CubeSmart by far was better. Looks like A/C is not working properly anymore. With CubeSmart was perfect the temperatue inside the storage unit. Nowadays, It s so hot inside the units (second floor). Price increased by 30% two months ago but they are saving on A/C? FIX YOUR A/C, otherwise don t offer Climate Controlled Storage. I don t recommend this place, looks like price will increased more and more and they just say "the contract says we can increase the price anytime". Temperature inside the storage is too hot. The amount of mosquitos increased considerably. Units don t have light inside, only hallways have light.

My first day renting my storage was a easy...fast and great experience...The gentleman that helped me his is Lupe his customer service was AWESOME!!! From the time I walked in until the time I left...he took his time showing me my locker and how to work the code to get to my locker and how to work the new locks which I absolutely love!

When I first moved in, it was CubeSmart. Bathrooms were open 24/7. Then they started locking them all the time during Covid. Then they went back to only open during office hours. What kind of facility doesn't have a restroom available during open hours? This was not part of the promise made when I moved in. Then....rate increases. Employees changed several times. Now, there are 2 Latina managers - Lupe and Tonya. They are sweet and helpful, but as suspected when Simply Self Storage took over, the very first thing they start working on was RATE HIKES...I've now been increased at least 2 times in a year's time and I'm paying nearly twice what I was paying when I moved in, even though the managers SWORE they were keeping the current tenant's rates the same. But here we are, about 3 months in, and notices are already letting me know that my rates are increasing 25-30%. Having a clean facility or nice managers is nice, but it's the deceptive practices about how much your rate is going to be, how frequently they will increase that rate, and what your amenities are (like bathroom access) that really matter. Plus, other shady business practices that make me give this place a bad review. Don't let them fool you into buying a unit only to be duped about the price and what you're actually getting. They'll apologize and ask me to contact them, but are they going to actually reduce my rate? Unlikley...so I am not going to deal with their foolishness. Politeness or courteousness is not the same as actually getting a good product at a fair price!!!
1st month free is a SCAM like any other storage places. They charge admin fee setup fee lock fee etc charging about same as 1 month rent. Space is good. 3 carts available. Price is only good for 5 months after which they give an increase.
Lupe made my life so much easier moving my vending machines into a unit gave me the best rate an walked me through the steps of opening closing an locking he’s a good guy
