Update: They were kind enough to refund me, and called to let me know the building was cleaned and sprayed. Got my space yesterday, and was full of black widows. Went to the office and the lady assigned me a new unit, well it has black widows as well. So I lost my money, today I returned the space. Unfortunately I can't tolerate spiders even worse if I know they can be dangerous. Location is spacious, looks clean and has great offers. Employees were really nice and kind, they even call trying to help.

I’ve been here for two months. I was on auto pay at $48 for a 5x7 storage. First month was suppose to be free but they charge you anyhow. I wasn’t too bothered by the false advertisement but this 3rd month was almost twice the amount at $85! Also when I went to my storage last week I noticed ROACHES!!! I was utterly disgusted!! Customer service didn’t seem to care they said it’s called a rent increase!! Wow, I’m going back to Extra space storage on McCart. It’s across town but I was there for a year, didn’t have roach issues or “rent increase”.

The office is never open and if you are 1 montg late on a payment they throw your personal belongings away without even giving you a chance to pay them

Location is fairly new just around a lot of homeless shelters but Tony does a nice job with keeping the property maintained to what he can control. I have not had any issues since I’ve stored here.

Head up it's in a bad area , so be mindful of that ,and respectful , people have dogs on property running loose in the units at times, property manager or never the same , some people doesn't have cars so you might see them with (luggage) so be mindful and don't profile a person because of not having a car , cause it could easily be you , and just mind your business and you'll be fine. There's better secure locations around

Great place security is tight the place is brand new and they are very fair.

This place is beyond terrible the white property manager has racially profile more then once, because of fear of a black man, who minds his business just like the whites and Mexicans that pay for there storage, they won't get with this I will be contacting the City about this Matter.

I am so upset with how you guys have handled things! I was not only ripped of but I am now being ignored by the district manager. The store will no longer answer my phone calls. I canceled my reservation within 24 hours because the storage unit I leased was in the worst part of Fort Worth and I couldn’t get access!!! As a single woman I feel taken advantage of and was concerned for my life! They want me to drive all the way to this appalling location to get a lock refund??!??? I should NOT have to subject my self to this kind of danger. There were homeless people walking around and when I rolled down my window to enter the gate code that didn’t work as promised I heard gunshots. I’ve been treated so poorly by customer service and by other surrounding locations. I need to speak with someone from corporate. This is unacceptable. The person that sold me the storage unit over the phone LIED TO ME! He told me I would be able to get into the storage unit with a one time code if the facility was “closed.” I drove ALL the way to this location just to find I was locked out with no help or no way in! I called FIRST THING the next day to cancel and was not offered any type of support. I want a FULL refund for the $52 I was charged. When I called customer service, they told me the district manager can give a refund for the admin fee at their discretion and I have not heard a peep regarding this! I feel taken advantage of. I am in property management and you guys did NO administrative work.

Drove all the way over to absolutely no one there. Called three times. The first two said someone was there and probably out on the property. The third lady said they are closed for the day with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. Do not rent there. My space was 113 a month and with less than a weeks notice raised it to 145. Shady and absolutely no customer service.
