Amazing storage! Definitely recommend! It’s awesome

The only positive thing about this place is the fact that it's always clean. Unfortunately, there is more bad than good. The elevator must've been installed by someone who never learned numbers, as the floors do not line up with the numbered buttons, so they've put labels on them for the actual floor numbers. There's only two flatbed carts available at any given time, which are often already in use when I arrive. Never an employee anywhere in sight to ask for help, you'd just have to assume this place runs itself.

I was at the public storage in Haslet on Blue mound road. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rick Montgomery. He was so informative and helpful and patient with me. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I came to get a storage unit because I just got a new apartment and these ladies were absolutely insanely disrespectful. they were telling me there was nothing they would do for me. And just completely cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. Absolutely disrespectful!

I went to this location and there customer service was absolutely unacceptable and i could not believe how filthy there floors and walls were i saw a dead rat with maggots on the floor someone needs to get Public Health Services right away and not to mention the Literal skid marks on the walls absolutely disgusting

I recently left a 5-star review because I had an issue with accessing my account to make my payment, so I went in to the location to make my payment. I told them about my issue. They said don't worry just use the app. And then they requested a review. So I thought, ok I'll leave a nice review for friendly folks. Then when I tried to make my payment the next month, the app did not work. The website did not work. Funny because they were able to call me at the phone number they couldn't seem to find when I needed make my payment. They were able to email the email they couldn't find when I was trying to make a payment. So because I was unable to make my payment the ways I expected to, they cut my lock as soon as they were legally allowed, and made ZERO attempt to help me fix the situation. I've been paying a lot of money to this place for a long time now, and to be treated so poorly because of an issue on their side, is just gross. This place is completely void of any customer service whatsoever. My business will never go back to this location or any Public Storage location. There are plenty of other storage options around. I'd recommend trying those before this place.

I recently put a 5-star review on here, and since I can't take that back, I'm posting a 1-star from a different account. Last time I was in I thought I had everything taken care of, only to have the same payment issues again this month. When I went into the location to explain that I haven't been able to make a payment because my login doesn't work, and their password reset system doesn't work either, they told me "oh don't worry about it, just use the app". So this month when I try to use the app, it can't find my phone number or my email. Funny because they are able to call my phone number to ask for money. They're able to email me to ask for money. But when it comes to me actually logging into my account, I don't seem to exist anywhere in their system. I'm taking my business somewhere else, and you should too. These people are just out to scam you into paying a bunch of late fees. You asked for a review when I came in before, here's your review. Enjoy.

My rent has magically went up almost $60 with absolutely no warning. We've called numerous times with no one answering the phone and no one calling us back after leaving voice-mails. All the carts have mysteriously disappeared even if you're the only one there. Honestly about to switch storages simply because of the lack of professionalism and what feels borderline fishy and illegal. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't recommend.

If I could give this place a 0 I most certainly would, and since I can't a BBB complaint and horrible review will suffice. They take advantage of senior citizens, then laugh and makes jokes about it on the phone through their insensitive customer service and escalation reps. The onsite managers are not really onsite because an elderly person sat for hours waiting on them with no ETA (informed by rep would just need to wait).

Not a 24 hour service unlike it’s competitors. Especially if you have an RV and you planned an early trip you won’t get before 6am to beat the traffic. So you better get it and take it home and hope the HOA doesn’t come after you if you live in one. The RV area is not lit either

I found myself in need of storage space and it is great that Public Storage has locations everywhere and there was one right down the street from where I live . I rented one of the smaller units to begin with and when I started moving things in and measuring everything else I anted to put in there, it was actually going to be too small so I had to go the next size up. Sesily was very helpful in getting a transferred to the next larger unit . It was quick, painless, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the location in Haslet off of 718.

Gate to drive out wasn’t working and had to sit there for a while. Wouldn’t open with the app, had to put code in multiple times

Made an appointment and confirmed with this location. Arrived early, called at the appointment time since they were not present, left a message and still no one contacted me. Poor customer service but a good indication where not to leave our belongings.

The Hispanic girl was sooooo sweet, nice, very helpful and respectful. I had no problems with getting a storage unit. She definitely deserves to be promoted. :)

Don't rent from here. My sister has a unit and had paid on the 18th. The manager told her that her unit is going to auction since she didn't pay... But we received a confirmation of payment and my sister's bank even confirmed it went out and that no reversal payment was made. So they just took 200 and tried to sell her stuff and won't even answer her calls emails nothing. Will be getting a lawyer. Shady people out here.

I wanted to give 5 stars only for Erin. Erin was such a awesome help !! She was able to help us transfer to another storage unit with no problem. Super friendly and help and knowledgeable about her faculty. Keep up the great work. Now!! Sesily was non-existence was otherwise not helpful. We have gone to office 3 days in a row. 1st time we went at 5pm no one was in the office, 2 day we went to the office 3 times in one day. First time at 11:30 I called left message Sesily did return my call to say she would be in the off site but would be there the rest of the day till 6pm. Second time at 4:30 Sesily was no where to be found we waited awhile checked back at 5:30 still no Sesily. I had returned home she called me to let me know she was off site do to wifi issues. This has been by far the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced.

I do not usually write reviews; however, interacting with the workers needed recognition. While walking into Public Storage, I was immediately greeted by Sesily and Erin. Their exceptional customer service should be acknowledged and awarded for their dedication in persuading customers to choose Public Storage as a reliable storage unit. They did inform about the monthly rate for a unit and demonstrated how the company compares to its competitors. Sesily and Erin assured that Public Space maintains its goals by keeping the units cleaned, maintained, and monitored to ensure their customers are satisfied. This information secured a loyal customer and reassured me that Sesily and Erin would secure my belongings.

Chassie, the manager, has been so helpful in our transition out of our home and into storage. We've had to have a few units then diwnsize as we've moved. Chasdie has always been quick to reslond to any questions even through evening texts. She goes above and beyound!

Was a great place until Public Storage bought it. Rented a year with original owner AllStorage then PS bought facility and monthly rent on my 10x12 unit increased over 30% after promising nothing would change. I stayed due to the hassle of moving out and maintained month to month agreement, all payments made through autopay and on-time. Prior to my move out, I notified onsite manager in-person of my departure date, paid through the end of the final month and turned off autopay. One week later I attempted to drop items at my unit to consolidate and prepare to move and the gate wouldn't open using the same access code I've always had and never changed. It was a holiday, so PS employees not onsite that day. I checked my online account, no changes made to my code by Public Storage. LSS, I was denied access because I didn't sign a contract renewal! And, they never notified me I was lock out! I already paid through the end of the following month, which was to be my last and which I gave proper notice. I called offsite customer service, no answer, left message, no returned call. Today, I received a bill via email for the month AFTER move out, with increased monthly amount due. UNBELIEVABLE! Public Storage extorts customers and structures their policy on 🚩The 🚩Code 🚩of 🚩Thieves 🚩 HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. I called again today, of course, no answer. Next stop - BBB and federal consumer protection agency.

Unprofessional not willing to help or work with us and doesn't care about customers. Also continues throw out well it policy rather than try to help. Angel is who I'm talking about at the 8801 w freeway location.

I can not say enough good things about Chassie want to talk about going over and beyond! I came in to view the unit and was just talking’s how I was struggling to find mover gave me a few name and that saved me lots of cash. She also got me a unit that was close to an elevator! But to say I had called her in a panic because my other storage would not work with me for 2 day so my movers could clean it out they wanted the whole month, Mrs. Chassie to the rescue moved my move in date up and had every thing sent to me via text because I am a nurse and was at work and could not take the call. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in it. I would love to get a hold of corporate to let them know how this experience has been.

I now have 2 units and Chassie has helped make this experience so much easier. She is friendly kind and considerate. So GRATEFUL!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING. really am very happy with this location ☀️☀️☀️

Stay away from them. They will do everything they can to take your money, including charging you random late fees and much more. The manager or maybe claims to be the manager is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Terrible place. They have policy issues that aim at taking your hard-earned money and then blame YOU for it. STAY AWAY. Location is Fort Worth, TX.

We were told we had until April 30 to move out of our unit as it’s part of a reno project. I contacted the facility and spoke with the manager on site, Chassie. I explained that we’re in the process of building and we might need a few extra days. She was very empathetic and alleviated my fears. She went above and beyond for us. I’ve said it to you privately and now I’ll say it publicly. Thank you for everything, Chassie!

My fiance and I came in this morning to get a storage unit as we are just moving in together and needed to make room for eachothers belongings until we buy a house. Chassie the manager was very polite and informative, she gave us a tour to ensure we choose the and perfect size unit for our needs, explained how security cameras helped protect our belongings, the plus sides to a tempature controlled building, along with access controlled gates, that she assisted us with installing the app on our phones to utilize. She made setting up an account a breeze, and overall made for a pleasant and seamless experience! I've had many storage units growing up military and have never had such an easy time before, I'm beyond impressed, thank you Chassie!
