Since I commenced storing my belongings at this facility, I have encountered numerous issues. The manager's professionalism is severely lacking. The facility's policy mandates that tenants must leave by 9:00 PM. Any tardiness beyond 9:01 PM results in being locked inside the gate. The process of exiting takes approximately 30 minutes. Despite having six storage units for my business, I was initially informed that I could be granted special permission to leave after 9:00 PM when I first moved in. Regrettably, this information has been forgotten. I was subsequently informed that I had been misled about this policy. Furthermore, I have been tardy on several occasions after 9:00 PM. Additionally, the manager has entered my storage units, as evidenced by my security camera footage. On one occasion, he even attempted to draw a firearm towards me. However, he was unable to do so due to his short stature. I reported this incident to the district manager, Cody, who was not responsible for that district at the time. However, he was very helpful initially because the original district manager was on vacation or otherwise unavailable. During my phone conversation with the district manager, he listened to my account of the events. He stated that he would conduct an investigation. However, I had to contact him multiple times to gain access to the storages, as the manager repeatedly locked me out. Subsequently, I guess when he talked to the original district manager He vehemently denied all the details we had discussed. Furthermore, the district manager responsible for that area I offered her footage from my dash cam showing him attempting to draw a firearm at me, but she refused to view it. Upon arriving at the facility, I discovered that the locks on my storages were locked. I promptly removed the locks as I needed to proceed with my work. It is crucial to emphasize that the manager's actions of locking me out were unjustifiable. Regrettably, the investigation into the manager's attempt to draw a firearm towards me was never conducted. It is imperative to highlight that all happened because I let the manager know that I will be past 9 o'clock because I had three trucks go down that I needed to work on them and he did not like that and he said he would call the cops on me if I was there one min past through 9 o'clock it was constant harassment. Consequently, I strongly advise against using this facility. I have never encountered such a distressing situation in my entire life. The manager's deliberate attempt to draw a firearm towards me constitutes a grave offense to both customers and individuals. It is appalling that no appropriate action was taken to address this incident. The management's apparent indifference to the situation is deeply concerning. I am now facing a three-day deadline to leave the facility, and I must be out every day by 6:00 PM. This has been the most distressing experience I have ever endured, and I intend to formally report this matter. I strongly urge others to avoid using this facility due to the poor management and the hazardous environment it creates.

Won't let you go in after 9 pm no matter what, no matter how many storage units you get. So if you work until 830 and have to drop off the trailer at storage you are screwed. It sucks. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Moved our things into storage and three weeks later received a call stating our lock had been cut off. Arrived to find thieves had gone through and stolen several items. Cameras everywhere and the one facing our unit was “not functioning” at the time. This didn’t aggravate me until I wasn’t offered any kind of concessions for my grief. It’s not necessarily the staff I’m blaming here, the area is overwhelmed with crackheads and unsavory types. Not really happy

It's a big box to put your smaller boxes in. Clean, comfortable and secure.

Had some issues over non- sufficient charges that PS wrongly tried to charge me n went to my bank to get prove PS never returned or even tried to draft my account after talking to DENISE on Monday Dec 09 and talking to corporate they relise their mistake n gave me credit for returned check tried to talk to Matthew on Saturday Dec 07 n he had a bad attitude about my situation even threatened to auction my belongings before the situation was worked out n not really know wat the mix up was I just thank god that he was off Monday nd DENISE was there to hear me out n was partially respon didn't wanna deal with him again

Even though my boyfriend got me kicked out it's a good place to have your things, I noticed the locks Go into the actual door to the unit so it would be hard for a thief to get in there, as far as security goes the storage unit is perfect

With the exception of a young lady by the name of Denise who works there..she is awesome, caring, and very polite individual that felt my frustration. She Cares! Now to the owners/investors.. Prices continue to go up!! Seems like every 6M. Your not allowed to use the dumpster on the property. The client control units works 60% of the time. When you call you never can get a person on the line only a recording and you will not get a phone call back. And to top it off this locations has 1Yes 1 cart for the entire complex! Things have drastically changed under new management...which I hate because now I'm haven't to find another storage facility ..which there location was good for me.

I went in frustrated with a situation that needed immediate attention. Denise was my agent! She took the best care of my problem with no hesitation. The office was crowded with other customers but she took care of each one of us like we were all a priority and took nothing away from our separate concerns. Her customer service is really top notch under pressure . We all left with a smile and that’s a big deal :-)

Prices go up every 6 months even with the old customers one storage unit I no is now $363 a month which is CRAZY 😧 as HELL The Staff is excellent they have nothing 2 do with the price increase but one did tell me about the price change

Denise was a huge help. She took care of me as fast as possible and answered all my questions, making sure I fully understood how the billing would work. I run a detailing business so I’m in and out all the time. Matt is a friendly man who took care of me when I first got into my unit and was just as much of a help. It’s been a great experience here and team seems to be very persistent I would definitely bring my business back here!

This has to be the worst public storage…never any carts to help going to second floor! It’s hot as hell in there but “climate controlled” and you have to out the code in for everything. The access button doesn’t even work on the app. If you want to be irritated and make the moving process even HARDER come here!! they don’t answer the phone and the office is closed during the time it’s supposed to be open. Do tf better. The fact that i accidentally rented from this location pisses me off even more.

I went to the Location on Crowley Rd. Around 9:55A.m., No one was store, I waited an hour, Was seen by a man name Christian he helped me get a small Storage , I was there almost 2 hours and left came back another guy was there and I told him after I look at the Storage it wasn't big enough so my Hubby came in and wanted to look at the Space I was getting, WOW THE GUY THERE said I can't let u see it because he wasn't on my Account and started talking crazy, He was Disrespectful andvtold me he's going to Cancel my Account and locked the door behind me,THIS PERSON WAS WEIRD AND HAD ANGER ISSUES,PLZ. DONT GO HERE MAYBE THATS WHY THE person that should've been there QUIT,SMH,BAD SERVICE!
