Very clean and affordable storage units. Mrs Janice is very helpful, professional, and understanding. A misunderstanding with a payment occured, and both her and management made sure to listen to me instead of victim blaming. If you are looking for a great storage location this is one of many but Mrs Janice and her beautiful smile made this one the best!
Miss Janice was very helpful, kind, and let me see the units I was interested in. She also answered all my questions and wasn't trying to push me into a rental. The facility looked well maintained and clean, with the climate control area being nice a cool for what I need.

I had to write a review after coming to this Public Storage place. Joseph was such a sweetheart and explained to me the process of renting a storage with such ease. The place is well maintained and secure. I moved from another Public Storage location to this one because the other one was just not professional enough for my taste. This is the best storage place I’ve ever encountered and at a great price as well.

Using this public storage location to continue our work has been wonderful for our team. I would personally like to thank ROBIN for checking on everything that we need while we are here. She comes around on the cart and check on customers all the time while she's cleaning the storage and doing maintenance work. She takes pride in the company.

The Dickinson location management are professional and courteous. The facility is well maintained and secure. However, the corporate strategy is to quote you an inexpensive rate and then increase the rate by excessive amounts, approximately $50 every 6 months.
I personally will never do business with Public Storage. I recommend you do the same.

The property manager at this bay colony location goes over and beyond to address any issue that arises ! Ms.Janice is expeditious in resolving any and all concerns..She is always present and frequently surveys the property. She keeps this property immaculate!! Kudos and hats off to her for her impeccable customer service skills; which nowadays is almost non existence!
This is a really good storage place the manager and staff are pretty good. However I have been trying to reach the district supervisor/manager for the past month and I have called at least 5 times and have went in and talked to the manager letting them know I want to talk to the district supervisor and they have texted him and sent him emails and he has not reached out to me.. this is poor customer service. Otherwise this is a great storage place...
I have rented storage from Public Storage for many years. This is a super nice facility! Janice, is an Excellent Manager! Very down to earth & always follows up with a phone call when I leave a message! I highly recommend Janice -5stars & this facility -5stars for your storage needs.

Samantha is awesome, so friendly and so helpful. She goes out of her way to help with any needs you may have. The site is always clean and in great condition. I like having a gate code and set hours that you can enter. Knowing there are cameras makes for a secure feeling not only for your storage but for my own safety. I will stay there as long as I can afford. PLEASE PLEASE try to keep the rates where people like ourselves on fixed income can afford the cost. Thanks Samantha you are awesome.

The CMR, was quite informative. See, I was a referral who was made to feel quite comfortable by the understanding assessment of my storage needs. Like most, I had a few questions and I appreciate her attentive listening, kind suggestions and thoughtful assistance. I highly recommend when making storage decisions. For example, Xmas or spring decluttering? Just use this PN#26909, if in the area or search by city to locate a good CMR like Miss Samantha, who went above and beyond! The sign up process goes by so smoothly. Before you know it, your happy to have a new space, for your temporary storage needs.
