Went to meet with a unit holder. He said rates are shooting higher, but no personal experience. The property seemed fairly clean, and several families were there. Middle of the day on Sunday afternoon, not very busy.

Lakeitha was OUTSTANDING- she service me at the Hampton Dallas location.
Had an issue - someone had occupied my space. Never could get anyone in the office. Nobody returns calls.
Used this spot because the one up the road on south Hampton was bad, but this is just as bad as them.
UPDATE: still a trailer in my parking spot 4 days later. Still can’t use that spot. Lady said to just park in spot 4 - but that will create an issue when someone rents that space. So I wanted to change the contract. Of course, nobody is in the office. Ever. And the 800 number is useless. They just call the site manager - wow! Why didn’t I think of CALLING THE SITE MANAGER REPEATEDLY AND LEAVE NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS?!?!?!
