Public Storage bought this facility from the original owners at the end of 2024. We had rented there since 2017. Now as of July 1, 2025 they raised the rate from $161/mo for at drive up 10x10 to $222/mo. Much higher than all other locations including other Public Storage locations. They are advertising the same unit at that same location at $131/mo with a special deal at $105. It looks like Public Storage has a policy of “Out with the Old, In with the New” to get rid of old clients! What the heck!
