Staff is very rude...my experience is awful. My lease was terminated 2 days after i paid after a warning for falling asleep in my unit. They locked my unit before i was able to get my things out and charged me an additional $325 after i was asked to move out after i just paid $94 two days prior. Very awful place to rent the locations on markville and forest lane. Managers engage in illegal activity with the locals and keep both locations filthy with trash. If youre not part of their "drug circle" then youre considered an outsider

Everything went well, normally I don’t usually use these storages cause of stories I hear but this place changed my mind. Great security, and excellent service. Angel was very helpful throughout the process. All in all a massive improvement from my last experience with another storage company.

This is the worst storage unit u can get. Units get broken into. BOTH ELEVATORS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN SO THERES NO WAY TO GET TO YOUR UNIT IF U HAVE ONE UPSTAIRS. ITS ALWAYS DIRTY. PLZ DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. IF I CAN ILL GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!!!!

Raised prices are too much for a location that is so dirty and unsafe.

My move in was beyond easy! I got my access code around 12:30 the morning of my reservation date so I didn’t have to sit around and wait to start moving in. Rainy called and made sure my move in was smooth and assisted with all my other concerns I would definitely recommend PS to anyone.

Ridiculous !! Waiting on hold for hours. We signed a contract in October 22. They sent a letter on April 1 with an increase of over 30% from $250 to $350. I dont even know if that is legal. I called several times and nobody got back to me. The worst company, Really THIEVES !!

It Is Frustrating To Have Issues Paying Over $100 In Storage Fees With The Self Service Machine & After Looking For Help You Realize The Property Manager Had Been Watching From The Manager Apartment & Offered No Help. It Is Frustrating To Pay Over $100 In Storage Fees & Not Have Access To A Working Restroom On The Property. It Is Frustrating To Try & Keep The Property Clean By Throwing Away Extra Trash From My Unit Away But Cant Because The Only Trash Can/ Dumpster Is Under Lock & Key & Only For Official Public Storage Use. Like Ive Previously Stated ITS FRUSTRATING That These Lil Details Are Overlooked Especially Since Yall Are Moving Towards A Self Service Business Model. Please Make Some Changes Or I Will Be 1 Less Person Affected By You Guys Increasing Storage Fees Every 6 Months.

Public storage is very much all about the all mighty dollar - don’t ask for a little understanding of you are going through something and need a few days to make a payment. When I got my storage you could go inside and get assistance from an actual person and now it’s 100% self serve meaning you can’t walk inside and get assistance. If you need a cart you’ll be lucky to find 1 but leave after 9pm and they will quickly send you an email telling you not to do it again! Very disappointed with all the changes!!

Went to move out my unit n 2 of my TV gone no answer from property manager. Also called was on hold for at a hr n no answer. Ended calling customer service n police. Not a good rental storage facility n do not storage here.

My storage unit was broken into not even a week of being there. I called the police they told me an officer would be in the way. Worker came back after an hour and told me if you are waiting for an officer they won’t come here you have to go them. You can really just unscrew the lock with a screwdriver. Also the smell is really bad smells like moth balls and when you take your stuff your stuff will smell like mothballs. They have a rat problem and homeless people living in storage units here.The worker told me they don’t have cameras and they just go down the stairs so they can’t see anything so this is a thing that happens often and don’t think to put cameras there or they just don’t care.

The kiosk does not work won't respond. I hate going online they have a fee to add to your rent and is much better if you have an attendant

Storing my items here was the WORST decision ever! I've only had stuff here for 1 month due to moving, and someone broke into my unit and stole ALL of my personal information, marriage license, pictures, etc out of my locked filing cabinet. My husband knew something was wrong because the lock was jammed and boxes were out of place with items on the floor. We are filing a police report, but I'm extremely upset and disappointed! It's impossible to reach the property manager on site. When I finally got through to Public Storage’s customer support department, the only thing the guy said was "I'm just going to make a note of it in your file". No real concern or attempt was even made to contact the property manager. It's been two days now, and I still haven't heard from anyone. We're convinced an employee did this but unfortunately have no way of proving it. Please DO NOT store anything here! I will NEVER use them again, and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone else.

Kathy has helped me twice in trying to reduce my rent. I have been with this property for a year and they went up on my rent. I'm considering finding another unit so that I can pay what I was paying before. If they can put my rent back to what it was I will be a happy camper and ill tell all my friends about public storage. Kathy is very nice and helpful. I put the 3 stars only because I'm not satisfied with the rental increase. I'll gladly make it a 5 star review of my rent goes back to normal and I would rent an entire year there after. *edit* I just got a call from Kathy and they decreased my rent by $3 bucks. I can't complain. Im thankful she is helping me. Thank you so much Kathy! She is very kind. Bumping it to 4 stars. **UPDATE 3/3/22** Got a message from Robert, he called to go over my rate and to let me know if it should go down in the future we could visit that but for now, it's currently the best rate for the area. I was surprised and content that he called. It was good customer service.

Update 1/7/2022…Don’t use this facility. I don’t know who and why people are lying giving this location such high marks but I have had nothing but a bad experience the past few months. And update someone broke into my unit and the lady across from me. They stole family items that I can’t replace. The police are always up at this location for theft. The insurance is useless to me because I have a small unit and the deductible is $500 and $500 dollars worth of stuff wasn’t stolen. But this is the only insurance they have available and I’m sure it’s by design. Everything about the beginning to now dealing with Public Storage has been shady and crooked. I was told there are no cameras in the inside building to see who might have broken into the units. Like huh!!!! Does that even make sense and how convenient. I want to cry but I am so upset that there isn’t anything I can do about this situation to make myself whole…….I really don’t know where to start with my disappointment. I just wouldn’t recommend this company in comparison to my experience with other storage facilities. CubeSmart is the best but I chose this spot because it was near my home and I’m only storing some wall art. I don’t like their policies about cutting my lock off and leaving my unit unsecured and expecting me to replace the lock again. I was late so I take ownership of that but anyone could have stolen my stuff for $52 bill. They could have simply placed a barrier to prevent me from accessing my stuff. They assigned me a unit that was already occupied and put me through a great hassle to switch it. The customer service is indifferent as if nobody even cares to resolve an issue. And every time I pass the place there’s police cars…not sure what that’s about . I can’t wait to move so I can get my stuff out and be done with them. I’ll never use this company again
