i was disappointed upon move in because the elevator was broke ( im 2 months postpartum from a c section ) so that was so inconvenient & tuff , the next day my family got locked out @8pm when access isn't suppose to end until 9pm , we was forced yet AGAIN to carry couches and a mattress up a flight of stairs .. not the best experience however the lady that works up front was nice so i won't blame her it's not her fault she doesn't own the facility ( also units are mangy be aware of that )

I sign up with public storage 6 months ago and my Initial quote was 90 a month , after taxes and their insurance it’s 135. I thought it was high but not too crazy . 6 months in they are now raising it to 185. If you sign up to get a storage unit just be prepared to pay double what you sign up for in 6 months and don’t be surprised like I am .
I met Mrs. Clara today and she was beautiful all around. She was knowledgeable about the business and she shared any questions I had. I don't see why she's not a district manager because she carried herself as such. I most definitely will be returning for services because she made me feel like family. She was just as concerned about my move as I was.

Went to get a unit with my housemates on Saturday and, at first, the door was locked and it looked like nobody was there. But apparently, Clara was on her lunch break. But, since the moment she opened the door for us, she was nothing but courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the customer service.

I can't give them a good rating because when I got the storage it was a small just to store boxes of important things of mine. They charge me $1 to move in and $ 90 for storage which I thought was too high but I needed at that time they went $130. I got behind cause of Job change and sick. U halul only charge $65 . Public Storage do keep clean but prices too too high.

I moved in two storage units for a cheaper price since the prices were going up constantly. The last storage I got was a small and I threw away a lot of things last winter to be able to get this particular storage. I went from paying 97.00 to almost 200.00. I would not go with them again.

Fast-friendly customer service at first. But I got two months behind because public Storage didn't inform me that it was a issue with my auto pay...which I used my bank account routing and account number. So when I found out I started paying it but they took my money and sold all my things
