I don't have storage here but one of my clients does so I go frequently getting things out of storage for her and it's a really nice place. I haven't dealt with the staff but the place is always exceptionally clean and free of debris. If I ever need storage this is the place I will choose!!

Good luck actually finding someone who can help you at this property. I received a voicemail saying my account is “current on their end” and then I check my account to a 50$ fee for them charging my card twice & it failed. Why run the card twice without confirming what the problem was.
After I called they tell me there’s a problem with their portal for ACH payments so I had to make a separate payment with my card for the full amount after a mistake they’ve made.
You’d think If there’s a problem with the app/website they’d try to find a solution with the customer instead of simply adding more fees.
The property manager I spoke with on the phone told me she couldn’t help and I'd have to contact customer service.
I wish I could make this up
Had my belongings stored here for over a year and never once has any issue. The staff was very courteous and helped with all situations, and Elizabeth was particularly gracious for assisting with checkout!
Shirley was very nice and gave a quick service to rent a unit.

Excellent customer service. Rented a unit online in building B and the next day, the day I was due to move in, the elevator went own. I had a full u-haul truck at the time and had been moving out of a 3rd floor apartment all day, so the thought of moving anything up stairs was a no-go. I had three days to figure out what to do with a bed and heavy couch, so I waited till the following day to see if I could make the trek up the stairs. Showed up the following day ready to conquer the stairs and Dan from the office sought me out on the property to move me to a unit in building A where the elevator works. Dan changed my luck and made my public storage experience way more enjoyable. Thanks, Dan!

The staff, for the most part, has been helpful in my times of turmoil. after a brief misunderstanding with the district manager he contacted me and went out of his way to rectify the situation and return my rented space back to me.
