Moses is a fantastic property manager who very clearly takes great pride in what he does. He was super helpful and response. Haven’t had any issues at this property.
Moses the manager at the Sprowles at location is by far the best storage employee in the history of storage employees!! I had an issue with my door and couldn’t get isn’t my unit and at the moment he is fixing my door and making sure my belongings are secure at 10:00pm when he didn’t have to help at all since he is not on the clock!!!! Would highly recommend any storage facility that Moses is an employee at!!!!

I came back on a Monday and I couldn't find my things. I was ROBBED. They stole all my things from this Storage. The person who is in the Storage is Moses. It's been over a week. I trusted this place on the recommendation of a friend. But I sincerely DO NOT recommend it. I have been ROBBED from this Storage. And no one has taken responsibility for this incident, so much so that they have totally harmed me at work. Among my things were WINTER AND SUMMER CLOTHES, LAPTOP, AIRPOT, BRAND NAME ARTISTIC MAKEUP MATERIALS, MANICURE MATERIALS, BRAND NAME SHOES, TOYS, PLENTY OF DOCUMENTS, KITCHEN MATERIALS and many other things. My suitcases full of things. I am sad and upset that the person in charge and the company itself have not given me a solution. VERY BAD PUBLIC STORAGE. I suggest the company check the people they are going to hire. Be very careful if you plan to leave your things here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. NO IS SAFE!
I've had my stuff at this location for about a year. Solid location and the onsite manager Moses is the man! every problem I have had has been handled immediately. Glad to have him at this location making sure everything is protected and secure.

BEWARE!! BEWARE! They advertise 24 hour access but this is not true. Gates are always broken. The property is poorly kept. And they NEVER have carts available. And as soon as you move in, within 2 months they will be increasing your rent by 35% and will continue to increase every few months. A $100 rental will soon become $200 within the year. So be prepared to pay much more than what they originally tell you. And complaining to customer service is a joke. You can never get a hold of someone and when you do they are rude and ignorant. When they shared my review with management, they increased my rent again. Lousy company!!!

Beware of pricing. I was told it was $250 for 31 days for a 20 x 15. As long as I was out in that time period that would be total price. Showed up on day 31…lock on my unit. Had to pay a “late fee” of $42 and the best part? It wasn’t $250 for 31 days. It was $250 for JULY. So I had to pay rent for august as well. Nice people but read what you sign

Ms Loraine is ON POINT! Reviewed contract, gate codes, showed entrances, customer service was on point, follow up call was done. And took the time to carefully review grand total and bill amount and gave FULL clarity on how much everything was and why.

Hounded with auction notices, they literally cut your lock off every month then give you no access but then charge you for the month. I wish I could give this place a million no star reviews. Btw no one is ever there so good luck if you do decide to chose this place
