Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3520 Forest Ln, Dallas, TX

We have been using Public Storage for 2 years. When I got an email announcing a rate increase, I called the office and left a vm explaining such. Much to my surprise, I got a very quick response from Sara who proactively made an adjustment without having to fight for it. It was a true pleasure dealing with a consummate professional who really understands and practices great customer service. She exemplifies true customer service and genuine care-a rarity these days Sara is quite an outstanding asset to this company. And because of her, you have earned my loyalty and trust. A well-deserved 5 stars!

This is a great facility! We've been renting here for several months and needed to make a change to our account. I left a message, and in a short time Sara called me back and said she was available. We met her at the office, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. In the midst of dealing with all the issues that come with an aging parent, Sara made crossing this box off our list very easy. I don't write reviews but I'm so grateful I felt it was the least I could do.

I have had my storage for six years since it was park Forest storage. Recently Public Storage took over and I did not expect the same service that I had had with Park Forest but what a pleasant surprise to know that they have great caring agents Like Tanya! She is five stars across the board. I accidentally left my storage open and she looked up my number and That it was unlocked and at first, I didn’t understand what she was saying because I know that I had locked it, but I had locked it incorrectly. She patiently and I know it took her about five minutes, very patiently, not condescending at all explain to me what was going on and why this unit was unlocked. I finally understood and I was able to get over there later and fix that issue and yes, my storage was unlocked but thanks to Tanya I ended up correcting that issue. I recently got another storage for a family member and worked with Andrew and he is five stars across the board. He is very knowledgeable. Almost a little bit like a robot but that’s OK. He took the time to help us fill out the paperwork get everything signed, and he had a pleasant voice And a great demeanor. I recommend public storage on Forest Lane for your storage needs,wholeheartedly.

I called earlier in the day to ask questions about the storage facility. The manager was beyond helpful, friendly and upfront about everything with the storage units. So much so that it made me feel comfortable enough to want to come in and take a look. And I’m thankful that I did. It was a very easy process. No stress, no drama no high pressure sales. I look forward to many years of storing my things with them.
