Unfortunately instead of being to get in, pack the storage unit and get out, we got stuck trying to chase down someone for 3ish hours as there was no one on site, my friend hadn’t been given any directions (or a code to access.
And even once we finally got in, the elevator was dodgy to say the least.
Definitely needs some TLC.
Really quick and easy process, took less than 10 minutes for the entire process of setting up an account. Justin and Kathryn were especially accommodating, friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend this location for storage.

I just moved out of this location and I never had to worry about my items or what kind of condition I would find them in when I returned. Never an issue, clean, easy access to your storage locker, and the staff is very proffessional. Give them a try, you will not be dissappointed.

Rat infestation! Rat poop and pee all over my stuff it was disgusting I had to leave most of my stuff there was not going to take it into my new place it stunk!!!

My unit got burglarized, and a lot of homeless have access to the storage. I am not even sure if it was them or the employees. I lost 4k of value items. The property manager didn't even call back. When I spoke to one of their employee, he told me he submitted a maintenance ticket for this unit a long time ago and it was not seen supposed to be rented out, but they still rented it out to me and took my money. Thank God I had insurance. RUN AWAY.

It was great using this storage facility during my stay. Justin thank you for always being available when needed and I witnessed you help someone that thought they were stuck on the elevator. Two suggestions for the facility, get more dollys because it can be a wait for the 1 that’s available. Also, a sign for trash do you put it in the lobby where customers are coming in and out and can see it or is there a designated area? This I wasn’t sure but want to make it clear it’s not trashy here, but I saw people left large pieces of furniture which is considered trash. So there needs to be another place other than the inside of the facility.
I ran in real quick for a box for my television. Justin was so nice! He spotted a problem with display box and went to the back to get me a new one and loaded it in my car.

If zero stars were an option, I'd give it to this place. When I first started leasing here, the rent was $60/ mo. Over the course of a year, my rates were jacked up to over $100 for a measly 5'x10' unit! Between this and the homeless that constantly camp out there (some even make it inside the building!), I decided to take my business elsewhere for a unit twice as large and a fraction of the cost. To add insult to injury, upon moving out, I discovered that my unit and my stuff was COVERED in rat droppings and urine. There were even several packets of rat poison that they must have dropped after I moved my stuff in because my unit was spotless when I moved in. Did I receive any notice from them that there was a rat problem they were dealing with??? Nope. There were also several dead insects scattered about. For context, my unit was INSIDE their "climate-controlled" facility, so that means they have RATS IN THEIR BUILDING!
Do NOT rent a space from here unless you want to pay ridiculous prices just to have rat excrement all over your stuff.

I'm seeing all the negative reviews and it just tickles me the whole area has been infested with rats for years I'm 40 years old and I remember them when I was pre-k across the street. ...psa don't eat in area either the restaurants are also infested
In all my years of using public storage.... I have never been to one dirty trash everywhere.. no worker insight for days people sleeping in the storage rent at your own risk public storage do better..... Everybody want to do everything online online sometime you need a live person....... Not happy public storage on Ross do better...🤬
I don't even know where to begin. We've paid a huge sum of money to them for storing our items, and they don't even provide basic pest control. We went to our unit today, albeit, the first time in a while, and there was mouse feces and urine on EVERYTHING. We were never notified of any issues or infestations. We had to track someone down that worked there, and luckily it was the maintanence man. Who came and retrieved the dead, decaying mouse that was right inside the door to our unit. Everything is a complete loss and nothing was able to be saved. We could smell the urine as we got closer to our unit. Based on other reviews, I see it's not just an issue with our unit, but a lot of units. I have filed an insurance claim and will be going after the full amount and possibly speaking to an attorney if things are not remedied in an expeditious fashion.

Horrible experience, why do they close before 6pm???
Elevators are broken about 50% of the time. Occasionally, both elevators are out and there is nobody in the office, meaning the upper floor units are inaccessible. This has put me in a bind multiple times.
There is no adequate excuse for the level of customer service and the conditions of this property. It is unacceptable, period. Went to get a cart at the office and it was locked up. Unloaded my boxes outside the main door and discovered the keypad wasn’t in working order, so I had to reload boxes to my car and left to deal with it. Renting two units and they are inaccessible to me on a Saturday. There was a problem with rats, shortage of carts, elevators and keypads out of service. Price increase and service commitment of this company decreases. Looking for someplace to go. I am done!
My man Tanner has the best customer service hands down. I have been renting a unit here for the past several months and every time I have had an issue he was quick to resolve it. Super helpful and nice dude. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the location is not the best and there are a lot of drug users and homeless, but that is no fault of theirs.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS STORAGE UNIT. Unless of course you want to throw away everything in your unit because the storage unit sprayed your belongings with rat poison without asking. Rats chewed up all of my belongings worth over $5000. The storage unit employee hasn’t been in the office during business hours for the past 5 times I’ve gone. I haven’t seen a dime from insurance or any forgiveness from the storage unit.

This is the worst storage facility I’ve ever experienced. Had to pay movers twice because someone else’s lock was on my unit and I wasn’t able to access my unit. Every time I try to access my unit, the elevator is either broken, the front door is locked (during business hours) or the associate is no where to be found. For their prices, save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
Horrible experience here. I had to come across a HUGE RAT INFESTATION after at least two months of it being an issue for this location. When I filed a claim with the insurance it covers whopping $250 at best. Still has not been paid after missing a full day of work + $900 in moving fees on a whim to not be in a rat infested unit + still charging me for July after moving 5 days into the month without proration.
This place is very poorly ran and I highly suggest to trust another company with your belongings to be protected. I’ve lost so many things due to rat destruction.

Came in this afternoon to transfer from an existing unit to a larger space and was helped by Tanner. Tanner provided excellent customer service and was very thorough in showing me another unit and going over pricing. He was very knowledgeable about the property and reassuring that the homeless situation and pest control issues were being addressed.
One suggestion would be to address the stale smells in the hallways.
Other than that would definitely recommend asking for Tanner if needing help or guidance when choosing a storage unit!
I hate Public Storage! There billing system only charges on the 1st! Can you say "STUPIIIDDD???" SMH. You can ONLY use their carts during office hours!?!?!? REALLY??? And IF YOU CAN FIND ANY, BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE TWO!!!
AND don't be bamboozled about their $1 storage for the first month FEE. You also have to pay an admin fee and lock fee and probably the pro-rated monthly fee! Oh! And give a 48 hr notice to vacate! I. GOT. OUT!!! SMH.

Do not rent here! This place is horribly disgusting! They do not keep the homeless out and the stench of human waste is sickening. There is also a huge rodent problem which contributes to the smell and destruction of your property. I have also found cockroaches in my unit. There are frequent break-ins. Mine has been broken into, and I have seen other units with broken doors and the Public temporary locks on them. Apparently their cameras do not work. Also I have been stuck on the third floor, enduring the sickening smell, when the elevator stopped working and the stairwell was filled with human waste. Stay away from this place, or you will deeply regret renting here. It is a waste of money!

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with your storage rental service. Upon my arrival at the rental unit, I discovered a dead mouse inside. This was not only unpleasant, but it also raises significant health and safety concerns. There was no employee around for me to inform about this issue, so I was forced to go home. I was trying to get a refund but when I called corporate days later due to the recent Texas ice storm, they said that to get a refund I would have to cancel within 24 hrs of the start of the rental, but I told her that there was no employee there at the time and insisted that I should have called corporate at the time.
As a paying customer, I expect a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for my stored belongings. The fact that a dead mouse was found inside the unit suggests that your company's maintenance and pest control practices are inadequate.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression on me, and I cannot recommend your storage rental service to others. I believe that other potential customers deserve to know about the issues I have experienced to make informed decisions when choosing a storage provider.
Building has rats. Do not put store your items here. Also, the service is non-existent. There is only one employee at all times and if they have to leave the office, they can be gone for an hour and there is no else to help you. They do not answer the phone or their support messaging system. I was charged an additional $150 for a month after I moved out because I could not get a hold of anyone to cancel my unit.

This is my second time using Public Storage but my first at this location. I recently sent my son to grab some things & he forgot to lock my unit back. Mr. Marco noticed it & gave me a call while I was at work stating that he would lock it for me using their key so my things wouldn’t be stolen. I’m so glad he noticed. He went above & beyond. I will forever be grateful ♥️♥️♥️

I rent a 5x5 space, going on about a year now. The staff is very friendly and carts are always available to help with big hauls! Thank you Hank and all the great employees. Very satisfied.
