I love this location and the staff. But! I do not like the frequent rate hikes. Unfortunately, I'm moving elsewhere.

Renauda was Very helpful with my rental
If you are planning on getting a small storage unit, do not get it here. All the small units look as if they have been broken into at some point. We were provided the last unit and showed up to find out the unit was unable to be secured. It was after office hours my daughter had to be out of her dorm room that day, so we had no choice but to put our stuff in the unit, hoping to find a resolution the next day. We were assured a work order would be put in, and the unit would be fixed. I should have known from the start that was a lie. If they had intentions of fixing the unit, it would have been done before renting it to another customer. They strung me along for 3 months with more lies, never following through and never initiating contact with me. They had a new district manager every month, so moving up the chain was useless. The "good customer service " ends when you have an actual issue that needs to be solved.
Renauda was extremely nice and helpful when I came into the office and showed me how to use the app on my phone.

Predatory Move-Out Practices
Everyone's great when you're moving in but on move-out there was no one in the office (during stated business hours) and had to use the app. Moved out on the 1st and immediately got a bill for the entire month. I called to ask about prorating (had several PS units before, always prorated on move-out) and was told it should be prorated and he was going to look into it. Then I got a collections notice. I was told by the chat agent at PS that units are rented for the month, no prorating, and sent to collections after 14 days...and then the agent promptly disconnected, no further conversation.
Great customer service and prices. Renauda was very helpful at my checkout. Would definitely rent at this location again
Renauda is a super star! She goes out of her way to help & will make you laugh along the way. She always makes sure you’re taken care of. Please give her a raise!
Started renting here a few days ago, very last minute but Renauda was able to accommodate us with a larger storage rather than the option I chose online. She was nice, friendly and even walked us to our indoor unit so that we would be able to find it. She’s a manager for a reason. Great service.

OMG... I had the best experience during the entire time I rented a storage space here.... Ms Renada is a jewel... she is so courteous, professional and helpful. The grounds are well kept and I wasn't afraid to be there by myself at any time.

It was late Sunday afternoon 4:30pm and I needed to get a storage unit asap. So I called customer service trying to find a location that would still be open, however, the rep informed me of their new contactless process thru an online reservation. So the rep helped me make the reservation and said all I need to do is make a payment online. In the process of completing the reservation, I made it all the way to the check out screen entered my payment info only to have the site crash! I immediately called cs back and they told me it’s a site wide issue and that I can only complete the reservation once the webpage is up and running. Boy was I in a pickle…Bc I needed a unit at that moment. So I dashed over to the closest Public Storage arriving at 5:02 (closing time 5:00) and met the front desk person leaving. Wait wait wait I yelled out my car window as I’m trying to park. We’re closed and I’ve already clocked out the agent replied. I jumped out explaining to her that I ran into an issue online and really needed to get a unit right now. Renauda (agent’s name) looked at me, smiled and said come on in I’ll help you out! She unlocked the closed door held the door open for me and invited me in. She was already closed and even had the doors locked. She didn’t have to help me. Sunday evening off of work, most people would be rushing home to go relax but NO NOT RENAUDA!! She stayed over and helped me get a unit! Now that’s what I call putting a customer first! That’s what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Now a days….that’s VERY hard to experience. Thank you Renauda for making me smile and making my day!
