My recommendation is to choose wisely. If you expect superior customer service, accountability and great location then this isn't the place for you. I rented a unit in November and the rent increased by $60, six months later. They encourage you to set up on auto draft so you don't notice the rate increase. The unit also gets extremely hot!
I keep reading these reviews about great staff... I must keep going on the wrong day. 🤷
It's hard to find someone in office. They're short with you even though you pay an arm and a leg for an old and HOT unit.
I found a better deal down the street AND it's climate control.
I had to update my review after actually moving in. WATCH your bill and DON'T sign up for auto pay. They will increase the rent by $50 - $70 a month. Definitely a bait and switch.
My experience with Public Storage in Cedar Hill, TX, has been very good! Jacobie has been an excellent customer representative, especially when I needed help with my gate code that would not work! He demonstrated what all customers representative should be!! Keep up the great work, Jacobie!!!

I met an amazing young man, Channing, that assisted with my rental.
His customer service is top tier.
Channing took his time and made sured I understood everything. We even shared a couple laughs. Btw, he has the best laugh ever.
All and all, I would definitely recommend and rent from this location again.
