East Congress Storage Units Near Ben White and I-35
Tucked away in the southwest corner of Interstate 35 and Ben White Boulevard is this East Congress Public Storage, with self storage options to tackle nearly any size load.
Five miles south of downtown and easily accessible from Highway 290 or Highway 71, a 5x5 storage unit can be a great place for folks commuting from the south side of town who need somewhere to hold small business or personal items.

I completed my registration and rental agreement online. The instructions provided via email and text made getting into the complex quick and simple. I could do it all and never needed to speak to an employee.
Note - the provided locks are like nothing I've seen. It's provided by PS at a cost of $20. There's agreement language that you can bring your own approved lock, but I don't think you'll find a similar lock at a Home Depot. Don't waste time trying to locate an approved lock. Just buy the lock provided.
The onsite manager Izzy was 100% a competent professional, delightful to work with, and made a complicated situation infinitely easier to get everything taken care of compared to the maze of Public Storage’s over the phone customer service.

Had an appointment scheduled at 10:30 and arrived a few minutes before 10:30. Discovered the office is locked, waited almost 15 minutes and still locked. Sorry if your gonna not show up for an appointment, that's very disrespectful. Take my rental options elsewhere. Canceled my reservation.
Been having a storage here for over 5 years, not by choice just only cause they make it really hard to move my thing out from paying 189 a month to almost 500 a month.also my unit was broken into once and stole over 1,000 dollars in tools with no reimbursement for it cause two days late on a payment.....

This is my first storage unit I’ve ever needed and due to my current situation it was important that I could find a decent location that was clean secure and friendly to my bank account!!! As I dnt know how long I will be needing the unit!!! The smaller units are kind of hidden when your not use to the set up of outdoor storage facilities!!! Jessica the on-site rep/associate for public storage has been nothing short of amazing in assisting me she is very knowledgeable of her facility and went above and beyond the scope of throwing me a set of keys and saying put your stuff here!!! She provided me multiple access options for the facility to make moving in easier!!! And she also provided me with a courtesy call to make sure everything is going good with my unit!!! Her warm and inviting energy simply makes me feel like the few belongings I have left are safe secure and in good hands!!!
