Aixa gave an extraordinary service

This place is the worst, everything is always broken. It's supposed to be climate controlled, but that is a joke. It's a thousand degrees in there. The garage door was broken left up for days, the bathrooms have been out of order for months and now, I lost my keys and they have no way of taking your lock off. It's going to cost me 150 dollars to have a locksmith come and get my lock off. I know it's my own fault I lost my keys, but this is the first storage unit place I have ever rented from that didn't have a way to take off your lock. With so many options for storage units in Dallas/Fort Worth area, I recommend going anywhere else.

The manager here is terrible. He has no managerial skills. He can be so rude and not listen to what you have to say. I am moving out. I wish the other lady was still here. Public storage please your manager needs some training.

I love this storage company and this location! I have been coming here for years and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Public Storage off of Watson. The location is perfect. I do weekly craft events and the ability to access my unit from 6 am til 9 pm is perfect for my schedule.

If you’re looking for a place to rent a storage do not use this facility! The property manager and the staff are horrible. The facility lost power 05/28/24 and no communication was sent. I drove 30 minutes to move my items out and I could not access the building. When I called the facility and spoke with the manager he said that they could not give me more time to move my things out and that I would be charged a full month if I was not out by 5/31. I explained that their facility was closed the day I went and now they are not willing to do anything to work me. This place is only out to get money from customers. They don’t care about providing good customer service. Do not use this place!!

Visited this location as we look for a space for long term storage. The facility was nice and clean. Lyn was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information. Looking forward to renting here.

The two gentlemen in the office today were cordial and extremely helpful. Very satisfied with the service I received.

When I went to move out of my storage they tried to make me buy a new lock for the unit. I asked why I needed a new lock if I was moving out & they said it was just their "policy". When I told them I was going to go outside & tell my husband what they were saying the guy said " oh, wait, your husband's outside now? You're good then, you don't need a lock". Made me feel like he was trying to get over on me because I was a woman. Then when we got to the unit, the lock had been broken off (because we had previously gotten behind)and someone had clearly been in our unit. Our things were not as we left them and one of my dresser drawers was broken. We know exactly how we left everything because my husband is a neat freak & fixed the unit so we could easily get to the back if needed. There were things out of boxes & bags thrown around. I would not recommend this location if you don't want your property damaged & rummaged through.

Went in on Saturday because I had lost my keys, and Lynn was patient with me and help me fill out the paperwork to have my locks replaced. Patient with me and my frustration!

I honestly don’t know how they have a 4.7 with how unprofessional kankia is. How do you tell a handicap disabled person they have to use the stairs because your elevator stopped working and then act like the person paying high prices for storage that can’t access there things is an inconvenience for you while sitting down. Then she proceeded to tell me it isn’t her job so what are you there for to sit around all day and give a disabled person a hard time and tell them they have to take the stairs to move there things. Very unprofessional to much conversation about what she didn’t want to do because it wasn’t here job! It’s time for some firing to happen!!

The office are always close when you do find them in the office they are disrespectful and difficult to deal with exactly Kanika the African Americans women. In the beginning when getting a unit she is very helpful, understanding and caring with every customer's that walk in she even ask to rate 5 start at the spot but after that it is over her rude side shows. Which I do not understand if you are not a people person why get a job dealing with people.

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at your 3000 South Watson Road location. The facility was nice and clean, very well a/c. Lyn was very helpful I. Helping is select a until to fit our needs. He was polite, caring, and very kind. He reasured us that the 10x10 unit will fit our needs. He be deserves recognition for his hard work. Very happy customers my wife and I are.

Public Storage sucks!!! This facility was owned/run by another company until a few years ago. That other outfit (whose name I can't recall) was great - we were renting a 10 x 10 unit for about $129/month. Since Public Storage took over, they've steadily jacked up the rental rates to the point that we're now being billed over $200/month for the same unit. Long story short, we'll be moving our belongings out at the earliest opportunity. These guys are crooks, pure and simple.

Oh my God! These ladies Ms. Boss Kanika, Shana, and Marty were absolutely the best!!! From the moment I walked through the door, the warm welcome made me feel totally at home and at ease. They gave me hands on attention and direction every step of the way. I was a little tensed about my move, but they made me feel like I was doing exactly what I needed and that I was most certainly in the right place. I cannot express the joy and peace they brought to me!!! Absolutely the best ever!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough 😄😄❤️❤️❤️❤️

The African-American lady here named Kanika is so awesome. She knows her stuff so well. She took her time to educate me on renting a space and I eventually got the space just enough for my stuff. I have been to other Storage locations, but this location is the best with the likes of Kanika. She seems so passionate about her job and also very professional too. I really enjoyed my visit here. If I could give Kanika 6 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. I have been to other storage locations (not Public Storage), the managers/attendants are either rude or non-chalant. Kanika is very different. She professional and courteous.

My wife and I won a unit at auction. We go there to pay for that unit and to pay for another unit that's in the same market This rude disrespectful black lady. You can't pay for that here. Instead of saying she didn't know she gets on the phone. Makes a phone call someone tells her the process that she can and she goes You can pay for it here but we can cut the lock for you until tomorrow but it's too associated sitting right there her and a gentleman. That's not the end of the story That's the beginning of the rudeness and disrespect this lady had for us being a mixed-race couple. She tells my wife that she needs our ID to use a dolly. After we had already been verified for the unit that we had one at auction. We've been all over the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex never had the deal with anybody wanting to hold an ID for a dolly. This lady then turns around and gives this black family furniture dollies One lady and two young girls. This is the bull that needs to stop. I called and left a complaint with corporate and I waited to hear back from this market manager named Justin which I never received a call back so I called again and left another complaint I'm going to stay complaining until somebody called me back. I went as far as to tell the lady to keep her professionalism and be professional because she was dealing with the alarm company people and talking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner because I said My wife and I didn't need the furniture dolly. The other unit that I won at the self service facility. They said I didn't clean it out by noon but the lady told me they couldn't open it until tomorrow. Told the auction company we didn't clean it out by noon instead.. We were at this Location at 10:30 in the morning trying to pay for both units. The doors were locked at 10:30 The facility had just opened at 9:00 why is it a lady the rude lady and a gentleman in the main lobby with the doors locked doing business hours. Public storage hires a lot of drug addicts and people down on dumb luck. This chick lacks professionalism, cleanliness, transparency, honesty oh yeah that fake hair balled up at the top of her head. Look like it came from a carnival pony.

This use to be a great storage facility.Both family members had units here for years however, it has changed ownership and its terrible now.The carts used to be available at the site of the climate control units,now you have to walk to the office,check it out with an id then walk it all the back,unless you have truck to put it in.DURING OFFICE HOURS,BTW.This is ridiculous. They are not the same big heavy metal ones they had before,so dont believe the picture thats from before,and they are not available like on the old pic on the site.If we had known it was going to be like the one on Pioneer we would not have rented there.Prices are higher and service accessibility is not worth it.FYI
