This place is inconsistent in communication or really has a lack there of as well as a lack of accountability, and has unlawfully sold mine and an associates storage units more than once. I will never do business with and will adamantly recommend NO ONE EVER do business with people like this . Especially with KEANAN who has extremely poor customer service and refused to refer us to higher form of management. This was ok because I will be taking this further I hope you guys heed my warning ‼️ and enjoy renting somewhere worthwhile. 😊

I went to my storage unit on Getwell and what do you know, my lock has been changed. I can’t get into my unit nor do I even know if my belongings are still in there! I am still paying my bill and can’t get to my stuff!! I AM VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!

The store manger Merlee helpedfind me the perfect storage for my needs. The facility is safe and well maintained.
Upon arriving at Simply Storage the curb appeal was perfect. Plenty of room to park. Entering the building Merlee was quick to greet me. She was able to pull up my reservation within the first minute. We then went to inspect the unit. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the lot, halls, and unit. She then demonstrated on how to properly close and lock the unit. Prices are beyond fair compared to competitors. I would highly recommend using this facility to anyone that may be in need of short term or long term storage.

She escorted me to my parking space and made me feel secure about leaving my trailer here. I made the mistake of moving to another facility and my camper was burglarized!! I felt more secure with my trailer at Simply Storage and have returned as a customer.
