Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5900 Stage Rd, Memphis, TN

January update: Just got my billing for February and it looks like Ashley was able to get things worked out and now both of my units are the same price. Hopefully I don't have this same issue in the future. Thank you Ashley. I am updating the stars to reflect that they did take care of my issue. Update...Got a call from Ashley who said she was working on getting the units to be the same price going forward. Will update stars when I see that has occurred. This is not anything against Kristin because she is great, this is against corporate and their policies. We have 2 identical units, rented at the exact same time, and when the price was increased, one is now more expensive than the other. Their reason is that the prices are based on demand and it is part of the contract. No one could explain why same for same does not equal same price for increases, ridiculous and outlandish. Also the increase equals almost a third of the current rate for one and almost a 50% increase for the other!!!! Public Storage Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Sorry Kristin.

Awesome experience. The manager there was working hard and still made sure she helped me with all my concerns in a timely manner! She went above and beyond.

My experience with Kristen is always amazing. She has a genuine greeting when customers come into the facility making them feel right at home. We rented a unit here for my mother-in-law's extra furniture. Kristen was very friendly and very helpful. The facility looks clean and well kept. This is also in a low crime neighborhood hidden behind a Walgreens.

I did not have a good experience with Public Storage. I found the management to be unprofessional and rude. They made changes to our account (even though we paid on time) without telling us so it was difficult accessing our unit during a stressful time trying to move and work simultaneously.

'Clean' is an understatement. The manager Kristen was super courteous and attentive to my every need. I arrived 5 minutes to closing and still got a tour and a glowing smile! A+ on all points!

Clean & convenient. Kristen, the lady in the office, is very sweet & attentive. She's also very kind & thoughtful. The 1st time I came there, I was crying so when she called me, weeks later, she said she hoped things had gotten better. Remembering me, without seeing me is really a rarity in customer service these days.

The Public Storage in Bartlett is great! They have convenient automatic draft, email updates, and are staffed with live personnel who I've always found to be been very helpful & easy to work with. Most recently for me, Kristen was a HUGE help! Thank you for the water, etc., Kristen! You were a life saver! I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to any of my friends & family or anyone looking for a reputable place to store your belongings.
