I showed up at 8:08pm which was late yes, but they were said to still be open till 9pm. BUT NOBODY WAS IN THE OFFICE. I called to see if maybe they were just busy but after fighting with the broken robocall menu, I got the same options with the voicemail. I was charged for a lock, I'd like to be able to collect said lock. Nope! Oh okay, well.. it said I'd be able to get a refund online, maybe an emergency happened, no biggie. But it's still disappointing. I'm also now highly conserned about the possible and alleged rat issues. [The rest of my complaint was because I simply did not read the email with the instructions on it and that is my bad.]
Apparently the office is only by appointment which wasn't the impression I was under at all. I dispite me wanting a refund last night, they aren't willing to give me one. Didn't even take the tag off smdh.
Michelle was amazing and so kind, had such a great couple of years there. Well maintained and such a great area.

I am not buying all theses positive reviews at the Highway 153 location. There have been rats in my storage unit for months now and nothing has been done except a few rat poison packs. They are traveling in the ceiling and falling into our unit. They have chewed through plastic totes and who knows what else as I have a 10x30 and cannot see any further into the unit than just at the door. They have knocked over boxes and totes and things have been broken. Because of rats! I would absolutely move out if I had the means to do so. When we have notified management we get an oh well attitude. We also have a broken door that makes it hard to get into the unit. The manager has the work order on the "expedite' list. Its been on that list since January of this year. It is now August. Obviously they don't know the definition of "expedite". So no, I don't believe all these positive reviews. I for one am very disappointment and totally dissatisfied with the whole location. I know things happen, but good lord, do something about it!

Just signed up and seems to be good service and storage
Unfortunately I’m dealing with crimes like identity theft and fraud. My unit was broken into even.. I was late for May but paid Mays rent partially but instead of just owing more for June or a late fee. My stuff is being put up for auction. I’m locked out. There’s multiple late fees. A returned check fee because I couldn’t get auto pay to work, I guess you are not able to select the amount OR date!? And lien fees!?! Oh my gosh! And this is with a large rent increase!
I went in to get some prices for a smaller unit, and Succora was very cordial and helpful. She helped me figure out a few options and it was a very pleasant experience! Highly recommended

I stopped in the store today to look at pricing for units and Succora was very clear, precise, and professional the entire time, and it made for a very helpful and relaxed experience.
They don’t value their longtime customers. After being with them for awhile they will jump the price up dramatically. And at the same time as they are advertising the same size unit for half the price and get the 2 month free on line only. Haha! I have been a customer for several years.

I called in and talked with Succora today. She reviewed different rental options. There are a variety of different sizes that are available AND discussed ADA compliant units which would be a blessing. I'll have to consider my finances and my storage needs. She was most informative!

I had a stellar experience with this location. First, McKenzie went out of his way to reach out and help facilitate and be sure I had all questions answered. Then, Keith on site was a pleasure to work with- he treated me with such kindness and respect that went above and beyond, and he listened and rectified it with a smile on his face. I had an issue (no fault of anyone’s there) with the unit assigned and was reconsidering my decision of a unit, but my experience with Keith and his assistance to get me into the right unit was nothing short of a blessing. Not to mention, I rented it online bc I got a great deal, and was not treated any differently due to that. That has caused me to recommend Keith and this location to several people already. Much respect to the staff who make it great. Thank you!
Small location nothing fancy, it does what it's supposed to. Love the app that let's you enter and leave with a push of a button. No pressure to buy their locks anymore. The lady on duty Ms Sarah was nice, we had a nice conversation while I was getting moved in.
As a woman who lives alone I cannot tell you how much fraud and crime I’ve experienced the last three years while criminals tried to steal my identity. I still get my hopes up when I deal with someone new or a new company but am constantly let down.. ?!!
I was cleaning out my unit and reorganizing it. Keith came by to help me by taking the things I was throwing out to the trash. He was friendly, polite, and made good conversation.

Outstanding Customer Service !
I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
I signed up on the website, did all my preliminary paperwork, walked in and was able to get my gate code, then I was off to my space in less than 5 minutes.
The manager then went out of her way to insure I found my unit, and then welcomed me to the facility, she made sure to share her personal phone number with me in the event I had a problem after hours. She made sure I knew that she would always be available to help incase an issue were to occur.
I’d strongly recommend this Manager, and her location to anyone looking for a storage unit In Hixson.

I recently rented a storage unit on Hwy 153. Beth, the manager, made the checkin process so easy, and she was very informative on using the app to pay and access the gate. Beth made sure that I liked my unit and location, and she went the extra mile to make sure my rental experience was a happy one. I strongly recommend Public Storage for the ones who need some extra space in their lives.
I have to say that my experience with public storage employee Ms Beth at hyway 153 in Hixon TN has been nothing more then extremely pleasant. Ms Beth is always considerate and friendly .She is always pleasant and has a great attitude and pays alot of attention to her customers ..I enjoy talking with her each time I have to go pay my bill on my unit .

Extremely expensive. They raise the prices like every 2 months. Storage shed got tampered with twice. No camera security as they advertise. Sherry who works in the office is very difficult to deal with. Overall would not recommend.

I had received multiple emails from public storage stating different account balances I was able to have an off day and swung by to see Sheri at public storage right here in Hixson on highway 153 and she was more than happy to help me do and figure out exactly what I owed and explain to me the differences not only did she explain it to me she also showed me via paperwork and I believe she went above and all means to help me save some money today everybody come see Sheri down here at public storage
