Incredibly pleased with our experience! My initial call with Beth was pleasant. Later follow up with Patti was exceptional. She spent time with me on the phone and then with my husband & me in person to help us meet our unique storage needs. She confirmed she had met with the entire team that morning to relay this information so that regardless of who was working, everyone was aware of our situation and we would not run into issues. While absolutely what you would expect, service was far beyond what you typically receive! Thank you to Patti for a little adult parenting advice, as well! ;-)

6/1/2024 Just had to make an update on my Punlic Storage experience. Yesterday I had to close one of my units and once again MISS Patti was there as lovely as always. Closing the account on the last day of the you can bet that I had questions, yes money questions. Patti set my mind at ease and explain what I needed to do for my satisfied customer ending. Sure enough this morning I got the promised email from Patti verifying the result I was looking for. Once again, thank you MISS Patti for your superb customer service accompanied by your charming humor and "I GOT YOU" smile.
With all said, I have 1 account left and I really hope Patti is there on my next visit.

I have rented units several times at this location over the years. I currently have three units rented and have always had great service here. Patti is amazing!!! She has always gone above and beyond for us with special needs we have had over the years. The units are always clean and the ease of access is great as well. If you need somewhere to store items this is the place to do it!

The process of renting a space was quick and simple. Patti was exceptional and walked me through the app, access to the facility, and the layout of my storage unit. I would highly recommend for your storage needs. This location is very military friendly.
We have been loyal customers of Public Storage for years (in different states and for different durations). I continue to be impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the managing team in each location. Our latest rental was at the location on Sunset Blvd — and yet again, the management staff proved to be exceptional. During our long rental period, Patty quickly responded to any questions I asked and often provided additional information regarding storage options which I found to be very beneficial when making decisions about space and location. The location itself is easy to access/exit and the phone app makes gate control a snap. Even though we recently moved into a larger apt & no longer require an extra storage solution, I will always choose Public Storage (esp Sunset Blvd location) for any future storage needs. I know I never have to worry about my property with such a caring and efficient staff. A special thank you to Patty for all the help and advice you’ve provided during our acquaintance — you made both my moves so much less stressful and I cannot express how much I appreciate everything you do. I completed a move from FL and Patti worked with me to ensure a successful transfer. Everytime I called the office with a question/ concern she had always picked up and offered quick guidance.
Just a head up they aren't huge fans of big moving trailers like the Upack (relocubes are more acceptable) but luckily they worked with me as I was able to get a same day pick up.
The lock is included and they have equipment for sale if you come lacking (like I did).

Wonderful experience with this public storage on Sunset Blvd in Lexington. Exceeded my expectations. I worked with Patty. She was extremely helpful and working out tough situation when I had a last minute moving issue with my moving company. She helped me get a unit fast and on the same day which eased a ton of stress. If you use this location make sure you speak to Patty and she will help you as best she can.
Mary is super nice. She helped me get my storage unit and goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy. She is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Also super nice that the gate raises up.

Stopped by to pay my monthly rent. I prefer pay at the office as opposed to paying online. Patti is usually there she is always so helpful and very pleasant. The manager Jacqueline and Ms. Patti were very personable. They made the storage process comfortable. Ms. Patti was there when we arrived, she calmed uncertainty regarding the ability to pack items from the truck. Her experience and knowledge was apparent when describing the dimensions of the space in relation to the truck. She was professional, friendly, and approachable. I'm comfortable storing my personal items at Public Storage.
