My experience was a pleasant one Tangie Anderson was very helpful and gave great customer service with a smile.
Ever since I’ve been a customer here at the storage customer service has been impeccable! I’ve ran into a few late payments here and there, and with a simple phone call Mrs. Beth has been there to see me through to make sure I kept my unit! She has been a blessing!!! I want to thank her for all she has done!

I have a small business and I keep my items here. I’ve had a unit here since 2021. Over time my business has grown which meant I’ve had to relocate units. I’ve always had climate controlled unit and up until August of 2023 I’ve never had any problems outside small bugs (Roaches) that were easily controlled by a little spray. I made sure I sprayed often. My current unit is a climate controlled unit that has had water intrusion for the past year. When the incident happened originally in August of 2023 I informed the staff and was informed that it would be taken care of. Here I am a year later with the same problem. Nothing has been resolved and having the orange door insurance is a waste! I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago for the most recent incident that occurred on July 27, 2024 and I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve also submitted my key to the office and staff has not updated me on when my unit will be serviced. I was also informed by the person in the office on July 27th that the original incident that I reported in August 2023 was not in the system. Now I’m assuming that nothing was ever done to fix the leaks. I’ve also uploaded pictures. See photo reviews.
Tina is the best! I needed to downsize my unit and reserved the last available unit of a certain size. However it was no longer available when I arrived to the location. Fortunately, Tina acted quickly and went above and beyond to help me. She helped me find the same unit size at a different, more convenient location. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and overall a joy to work with. Because of her, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. She even followed up with the me to answer my questions and to make sure everything was okay. I truly appreciated her outstanding service!!

I no longer needed a unit and closed my account but my review still stands after 2 years at this location. This was a great, no hassle, experience and would absolutely use Public Storage again.
This is my first time having a storage unit and I have to say Public Storage has made it a breeze. A unit wasn’t available at the location I was looking and they were able to find me a unit the size, location within, and distance from me I needed. The property manager even gave me a call to introduce herself. The location is very clean, great security and a lock was provided for me to use. 10/10

They have a really good team of people here! I needed assistance and spoke with two of the ladies there. They were both friendly, professional and helpful. If they tell you they’re going to follow up with you about something, they will! I really appreciate the assistance from both Beth and Heather.

As someone who hates a cluttered home, a storage unit is a MUST HAVE. Been at this location for some time now and haven’t had any issues with theft or feeling unsafe when I’m alone. Had some issues with a rate increase that was much more then I could afford and Beth was able to help me so I stayed as a customer!

The 2 ladies that helped me with my rental were awesome! Ones name is Beth? (Sorry don’t remember the other name) but they were great. We had reserved our space for our 5th wheel but when we got here we realized that we would be unable to fit in it due to trees because my unit is tall. No problem! They made sure they had another site that we would fit in and they both walked us over and showed us what spot was ours and they stayed with us even after the closing time. The made sure that we had everything under control and walked me back to the office and transferred everything I signed a few docs and out the door I went! Thank you for all of the help!

This facility is OK but they don't keep their word their area manager promised that my bill would be no more than 127 not 161 on a fixed income and the reason I'm here is because their other facilities has rodents not fair not fair unsatisfied customer

Rented a storage and I was having trouble inserting the lock. After several unsuccessful attempts, I headed back to the office and Tammy took the time to walk down to my unit, and “BAM”, she did in 2 seconds what I couldn’t do in 15 minutes. We both got a good laugh. Tammy was very nice and didn’t seem to mind coming out in the cold to help me. It was greatly appreciated!
