I’ve never had a storage unit before. As far as signing up & making an account. I like how the virtual person is there. It was so so easy to find my storage unit. Everything was actually in place all I had to do was drop my clothes off or etc and lock it and go.

There are rats here. I stored some sealed beverages and they have been clawed at and busted open by an animal. They must also leaf blow this akey often because all my belongings are constantly covered in dirt *inside* the unit.

Katie is very helpful. She ensured that I received the correct space needed for my storage items.

Ariel was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. When the unit I reserved online didn't work because of the door size, she took me to several units until we found one that worked. I appreciate their flexibility and desire to make the customer happy.

I was at another name rental property, It was much higher than Public Storage. I have rented from Public Storage numerous times.I had to go back to Public Storage to see what offers they had. I went on line and found many great deals.The Manager on Buckner Rd Shannon did a well Super Job helping with finding a storage.

Still having issues from no one ever there to answer calls, no one at business to resolve anything. I have a difficult time contacting always. Made payment online, that cost me an extra 10 , got confirmation and thinking received payment but 3 days later email, saying no payment was received. A mess , I can't wait to the day that I can get every thing I have out of this rat infested place. Years of hell. Yes there are rats, when I put my stuff here years ago there were no rodents, now its infested. Imagine all your good things ruined by a place u trust to store your items, and you pay them , to let you down . Only thing they want is a payment, they don't care anything about you. To this day still having problems with rodents. thus place is amess , when I got this unit 5 years ago it didn't have rodent problems and all of a sudden, I want out of this infested place. To everyone they have rodents. Today was another bad day trying to resolve issue with rodents, the office staff was very nasty, she told me they are not responsible for any rodents or anything dealing with your unit, she told me I can remove my things and I can use there trash can , like iam trash or something, that did it for me now iam making plans to salvage what I can and rest will go at lost. Listen don't rent here you will not recover any lost damages, they will tell u they are not responsible so if u value your items do not rent here. Rodents will take over your stuff. I telling you guys to stay away. They will act nice until they damage your items and the nasty will come out . Rat poop on all my bags, office will not help you. I promise you that . These reviews doesn't reflect how they treat you. All lies 🤥

Lori was super helpful during my move in process and expeditiously got my concerns resolved in real time asap. I be been using this specific location for most of my needs over the years and out of all the managers she rocked the best. Keep her around people like me need it!
