Manager, Crystal replaced with a kiosk on 3/11/2022, just got hit with a huge increase and now cannot afford to stay here,disappointed, too expensive now, they don’t care. Stay away
I’ve been paying $119 for months and all of the sudden it goes up $40????? Shame on you for taking advantage of people that have storage there and are now forced to move it!
If I could leave zero stars I would! We got our storage unit in 2016 when it was owned by a local company at $89 per month. Over the years our rent was raised over and over after being bought out by Public storage to a whopping $267 per month! We also used to have 24 hour access to the unit which was essential as this was storage for inventory for my husband’s business and we lost that access several years ago. After the final $50 raise we were fed up and moved our things out only to be charged for an additional month. After contacting PS, this is exactly what our credit email said.
“Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. After looking into the issue with your move-out bill, we’re happy to reimburse your account with a credit of $267.00.
You’ll see this credit show up on your original payment method soon. Check your updated balance for details.”
After 2 weeks we still have not received our credit so we contacted support. They have now informed us that we will receive a refund in check form that will take 4-6 weeks! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!
I am a happy customer! Jason is knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He showed me a few storage units and the different sizes that are available. His customer service was great. I look forward to storing my stuff with this public storage location!

The facility is very clean and well maintained. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining the sizes of the units and the cost. He happily answered any questions I had.

Very nice storage facility….been renting there for a few months. On January my storage rent increased $29. Called the office and they stated a letter was mailed to my home address in November. That is not true - I did not receive a letter or email regarding a price increase. I understand this is a month to month lease agreement and they can give a 30 day notice to increase your rental rate. I was alerted by my bank of the increase which was nice but would’ve been nicer by the public storage rental office.

Wow - a great clean facility with helpful courteous staff. Have rented from Public Storage in the Charlotte area for over 15 years and 4 years ago rented multiple units at this facility when we downsized and moved to this area.This is by far the cleanest, most well-maintained and secure location we've ever used. The property manager, Crystal, goes above & beyond what one might expect. We now need to move from one unit to different size, and she was so pleasant in offering to help me determine the size needed, and even gave me a few names of movers who might help. This was totally unexpected but so appreciated! Thank you!

Crystal was so helpful in getting us into a storage unit for my mother-in-law. We needed something accessible and safe. She showed us around and assured us my senior MIL could easily access the property and the unit. Crystal also went over the app with us and made sure everything went well before we left. We had other storage places to look at, but decided that Public Storage was it and no need to look any further. The facility was clean, property roads wide enough to maneuver a truck, rental rates reasonable, and best of all friendly Crystal in the office! Thank you!

This is not your typical storage place! This property is very well maintained from the parking lot, gates, spotless office and the units. It even smells clean! Crystal was a pleasure to work with. She was so thoughtful to call us when another unit came available in a location that would be easier to access our boat and helped us through the transfer process. Linda was also so helpful in answering all my questions and helping me decide on the right size unit. Excellent customer service, well maintained property and kind people….why in the world would you rent anywhere else? :)

Clean facility, well maintained. Crystal is a sweetheart, professional, and helpful. I underestimated the amount of stuff I had which clearly would not fit into a 10x10, Crystal was able to assess this by the amount of stuff, providing the most cost effective solution. Defiantly went above and beyond. I owe her dinner ;) I would highly recommended this location for your storage needs.

Its a storage place, why would I need to write a review about this place...right??? Wrong! First off, this place was immaculate!!! It is very well maintained! Second, I met Crystal there and she was an amazing help. She was extremely kind and courteous and went out of her way to fix an issue I had (caused by myself) and then she took the time to walk me to my unit so I could check it out. This is how customer service should be!!! Thank you Crystal! Amazing job!!! I would give you 6 stars if they had them!!!

Linda helped me find the right size storage unit, this was my first storage unit and she walked me through the entire process and explained how it all works, would definitely recommend to someone in look of a storage unit.
Very friendly, explains things well, will warn you if near the due date of payment to avoid late fees. Inspected unit after heavy rains and 2 snowfalls and no leakage or damage. The drive aisles are wider than most other local facilities.
