Public Storage on Red River Rd in Rock Hill, SC, is where I encountered an exceptional associate named Flow. Flow truly stands out as AMAZING. My previous experiences with Public Storage hadn't been the greatest. Across three units and two different locations, I consistently found the customer service lacking. However, that changed recently at Red River in Rock Hill, thanks to Flow. She excels in communication, always being friendly and approachable. Flow ensures that I'm never overcharged for anything and is proactive in resolving any issues, even collaborating with management when necessary. If you're considering a storage unit at any Public Storage location in South Carolina, seek out whichever one Flow is at. Public Storage would be wise to retain her indefinitely.

Nothing has changed with the amazing service from Ms. Flo! I’ve used my storage for a year now, and every phone call is answered with a smile. Ms. Flo calls back in a timely manner when you leave a message, and she always go the extra mile with a smile

Amanda was awesome she is a great person she should be made property manager of this location. She has always been there anytime she was scheduled and you don't ever have to wait on her to come to help you she is always there. If she is ever not in the office she is out front cleaning it up

Just rented a unit here and really happy with the online rental experience, the ability to reach the property manager, and finding a space to meet my needs. My space was clean and ready for me when promised. Overall, I'm really pleased with everything related to move-in and the facility itself. Feels like I made a good choice with this location of Public Storage

Flo the manager from Ebenerzer location was great! She got me switched to perfect spot for camper storage!

Let me start by saying Amanda the property manager is awesome. She is friendly and very helpful and did everything she was allowed to do to try and help me out. Here comes the negative stuff. We wound up not needing the storage unit and called to see about a refund, we were directed to their customer service line, which was no help at all. Spoke with a lady who wanted to get into semantics of a reservation versus an account when she knew what we were discussing. I was informed they charge. $25 admin fee for refund/cancellations, no big deal. But, because I had a unit that I never used and never passed thru the gates they want additional funds to cover the "prorated" time as well. We rented the unit on 26 Sept and I called on the 5th as soon as I knew we wouldn't need it. I fully expected to pay a pro rate for the few days we held the unit but not $170 dollars. This place has the most abhorrent business practices and should be avoud d at all costs. Finad a local owned business or another storage company, this company is not going to help with anythin, except to help themselves to your wallet.

I went in with a request for my storage unit. I talked with Amanda there, she was very helpful and friendly. A really good experience in all.

I’m a disabled war veteran with a missing limb soon to be divorced and selling my house and had to store my goods at the facility in Fort Mill. Several times I came to close my account and move my property because I was moving out of state, but each time the facility elevator was out of service. Ultimate no one at the facility was helpful or compassionate. That was until Ms. Jerrika Foster finally heard my plea and understood and went over and beyond and solved my problem after calling me each week to ensure my property be removed and sold. Thank you 🙏🏿 for being so compassionate and human.

I just rented a storage from public storage online and want to see my storage a day before the move in date and didn’t have my access code so TALASIA went over and beyond to give me my access code a day before and also gave me the app to make it easier for me to pay my bill online and quick access into the gate.

I called on 01/27/2022 to the Red River location and spoke with Talasia, who was extremely helpful. I was impressed by the fact that she was willing to check at other locations for the storage size I was seeking. She even mentioned what specials were available at that location and at another location which turned out to more convenient for me than the Red River location.
