Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 305 McAlister Rd, Greenville, SC

It was terrible..was not big enough for the price I pay every month, also the carts were to small..I have bad legs & knees, so the walk was terrible..I had to put the code in many times, it just took to much time to do all this..Never again will I ever rent from this place a gain!! Then they took almost 18.00 out of my account when it wasn't even due, so I got to call and see why??

Ms. Sonya & Ms. Mykaela were very responsive and helpful, I appreciate them both for making this transition so smooth and swift.

Jacob was very nice and helpful. He took the time to show me the units and didn't mind at all.He even suggested other ways to help that guy is awesome they get a 5 stars from me.Hes nice very helpful.

We were very pleased with the Public Storage location at 290 Rocky Crerk Toad in Greenville, SC. Rachael was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with . So was Genie. We highly recommend this Public Storage location!

Everyone here is easy going and very knowledgeable! Super thankful to find a place to store my things that feels safe and protected!! Angie and Sonya were wonderful to work with and definitely gave me a sense of peace coming here!!

Paying for two climate controlled units. AC has now been out for two going on three + weeks. Nobody at the desk. No way to reach a human via chat or phone. Totally broke. Very frustrating. Would suggest doing business with a location with people. Didn't realize their web site was accurate when it says "contactless storage." Cant contact them when you have valuables baking in the heat.

Terry was amazing and so helpful! She showed me the space I was hoping to rent before I reserved it and answered all of my questions to ensure I felt comfortable making the reservation. Thank you Terry!

I dont recommend this place - our monthly payment just shot up by $70 per month! No warning or discussion, just expected to pay this massive increase. It makes it already unaffordable and will be outrageous when they go up again.

public storage was very racist charge black people they going up on the rent everytime turnaround everyday was always going up on the rent every month never rent for them again.😡😡👎

Account errors. I pay according to my contract. I paid my bill. The clerk made a error and wasn't able to reverse or reconcile the error. I was told it would be fixed. I started getting messages about a balance and late charges. MY BALANCE SHOULD BE 0. I went back. Again I was told. . . " We will fix it". Two day later a notification appeared on my phone saying I owe $230. What? I went back again. I was told.... " we will fix it.". Now I have a memo that I owe a $14 late charge. NO ABSOLUTELY NOT. I paid my storage fee in full on 1/3/23. I don't owe anything. I'm going back again for them to fix this. Geez this is overwhelming.

It is very inconveniencing no access to bathrooms/dumpster after office hours and terrible customer service from workers they are negative, very confrontational and rude never answers questions or aids customers except the traveling supervisor..

Sonya at the McAlister Rd location was awesome. She returned my phone call in a timely matter,And when I went to look at my storage unit she walked me through every step. The process was easy and we were done in minutes. She even showed me how to use the key pads, explained everything as we looked at the unit. Thank you Sonya for being so helpful.

I have been a paying customer of Public Storage for over 3 years now. In those years they have increased my rent and I have paid it. But I just got my bill this month and was shocked to realize that they are increasing my payment by over %300!!! Yes, you read that right, THREE HUNDRED PERCENT.... That is just absurd. Needless to say, I am moving all of my stuff out because I'm not going to be SCAMMED or RIPPED OFF!

I had never been in an enclosed storage facility. They are very nice and clean. The security is awesome.

Changed storage facilities because my Husband attained this earlier in the year but I visited yesterday and there is an awful smell on my floor - There should be an investigation...... Otherwise so far so good :) ....... UPDATE 01-21-2022: My review has dropped two stars due to the cleanliness of the facility... The bathroom for Customers has been "out of order" since 12-28-2021 - On top of that they do not sweep, mop, wipe, and/or have pest control come regularly to the facility as well...... My Husband has recently discarded trash on their behalf and earlier this month I swept the hallways around my units because I got tired of looking at the dirt & debris...On-Site Management is lazy & accusatory personally towards Me and I've made a complaint to the Regional Manager about their conduct BUT now that they refuse to allow paying Customers and their Children to use the bathroom is completely despicable... The only thing I can say positive is the location is convenient and the Regional Manager is a good guy that tries to do his best...... This review has been re-submitted ONLY because I was asked.
