Ms. Pam was AWESOME! After a previous call for information, she called me later to tell me after reviewing my account, she was able to lower my rental rate, to save me some money!!! I didn’t ask her to do this, she did it on her own, and went the extra mile by calling me back to tell me the exciting news! Very grateful for Ms. Pam’s help!!!

Mrs. Pam is great! She provided me with information about small storage units. She was very pleasant, patient, and thorough when telling me about the units.

I picked up a unit from this facility, which I won at an auction on the Storage Treasures website. There were few items in the photos – bags and a few boxes. However, after I opened the unit, I found an old, dirty mattress. I couldn't verify this with the photos on the website because there's no mobile service at this storage facility. However, after checking (once I got home, as I had to take all the contents with me), it turned out that there was no mattress in the photos. In other words, the storage managers decided to throw the old, trashy mattress into the unit from somewhere else, so they wouldn't have to deal with disposing of it. I do not recommend buying units from this facility due to the incompetence and audacity of the managers.

Horrible! Do not use! Ok, so approximately 3 years ago I put a couch, a loveseat, and a dining room table into a storage unit under the name Life Storage. The price for the storage unit was approximately $25-30/month. I don't remember the exact price, it might have been $35, but it wasn't much. Whatever. So a year or so after that, this shady company called Public Storage took over, I'm guessing they bought out Life Storage, again, whatever. Until I received my bill! The price jumped up from (we'll say for the sake of argument here) $35.00 to $69! I was blown away! I managed to keep up the payments pretty well, sometimes the payment was late. I was laid off from my job and still managed to keep up with my payments for the most part. Sometimes they were late, yes, but I was paying my rent for my space. A few months ago I fell behind and stopped paying my rent for my storage. That's when things got bad, Public Storage started calling me several times a day, every day. They left threatening voicemails "If you don't pay your rent, your things will go to auction!" I couldn't care less because it's just a couch, loveseat, and dining room table. The couch has cigarette burn holes in it for crying out loud! The "auction date" came and went, I told the lady on the phone go ahead and sell my stuff, I don't care! It's not worth paying rent on this unit anymore. For what I've paid these crooks over these years, I could have replaced all of it for much less than I'm paying them to store it. One month after the supposed auction date they still call me several times every day, their tone has changed drastically from a threatening tone to more of a "we want to help" tone. Don't use them. They're lucky I don't sue them and then they can pay ME! Public Storage is harassment at it's finest! So, when my storage unit goes to auction, the contents might be valued at $100...? This place IS NOT ANYTHING LIKE Pinnacle Storage used to be. It’s pretty sorry now!!! Nobody is EVER there!!! Nobody EVER answers the phone!!! I have 2 units and in the past year that they have taken over they have raised the prices on both of my units to over $100 each!!! Don’t even bother with these people because there are way better storage options out there!!!

Pinnacle just told me that my rent would jump up 61 PERCENT on December 1. There's no way that I'm accepting that large an increase! So I've moved out. I've used this facility for over a year on auto-pay and have never given them an ounce of problem, and I'm not going to accept being treated like that. When this location was owned by Extra Space Storage, the rent was far more reasonable and I was never subjected to that sort of draconian increase. SIXTY-ONE PERCENT IN A SINGLE MONTH? You're out of your mind.

Recently changed ownership. Was sent an email telling about the change AFTER it happened. Then the email said everything was going to stay the same. It didn't. Price for my unit went up $30. Then the new owners try to show me "documents" that show I was paying their new price. I showed them my bank statements showing otherwise. Be cautious if renting a unit from here. When the change over occurred, you should have seen the number of people moving out. I may be moving soon, too. **Update 8-1-22 Talked to the Regional manager, and he told me that competitive rates for our area for a 10×15 unit is $225. I called BS. Do yourself a favor. Do a Google search and find somewhere else. You'll thank me when you find a storage unit at a fraction of the cost. Avoid these people. Not worth the hassle.

I had car trouble while in the parking lot of Aldi’s grocery store next to Pinnacle Storage. Tammy was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure that our moving process went as smooth as possible. I had already picked out and reserved a unit two weeks prior and when we arrived she knew right then that we would need a bigger unit to be able to fit everything. We are so thankful she did because it saved us the headache of having to move everything over once we realized it wasn’t big enough. She even went with me to the access doors to make sure the code worked! I would definitely recommend Tammy and Extra Space Storage to anyone that is looking for storage.

I can't say anything bad about the storage unit itself. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the constant price increases. We started renting a unit when they first open about three years ago and the cost was under $200/mo. Mid 2020 it was up to $214/mo, in mid 2021 it went up again to $244/mo, and now, just 6 months later it's $306/mo!!!! I think it's time to take some advice from Marie Kondo. If the stuff in the storage unit still sparked joy, it probably wouldn't be in a storage unit. Therefore, we will thank it for it's service and bid it adieu.
