Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 533 E Hunting Park Ave, Philadelphia, PA

Samantha, was great in helping me with storing my things. We were pressed for time and she allowed me to secure my things in an unused unit for a few hours until my unit was available ! Very helpful! Moving is stressful and she made lifted that burden!

The large gate is broken that leads to the storage units FROM OUTSIDE. Meaning anyone or anything can crawl under it. Also the Ac is broke and the area was only cool in the front of the building. (And yes it's supposed to be the climate controlled units. Thats what I paid for and when, asked the lady said we were in fact in the "climate controlled" building) It was dripping terribly. REAL BAD. And there was a huge puddle of water that someone can slip on and really hurt themselves. I let the person know up front. Had I not already paid, I would have gone to a different place

Sierra service today was amazing. The way she explained everything so well to me and help me rent my space fast and is a very honest woman.

Ciara and Maria were so kind and very professional. The property was very clean and I would recommend to family and friends.

I was happy to say I was attended with fast service and care from the attended and I'll recommend to eny one but with the out side wen I went to take my things the second day I saw carbige all around the facility that wasent clean up please that a new place keep it clean or rats and roaches will strat to evade the storage place 😀

Maria and Sierra were amazing. They helped me with everything in a very professional manner. Sierra helped me find moving boxes in every location since they didn't have the moving pac in hand and Maria helped me with the the unit. Over all my experience at this location was exceptional.

Don’t come here. I been with them under a year and they sold the company 2x. They don’t even tell you. I had to call because I couldn’t log in to pay my bill and they told me it was sold 2 days ago.It was life storage then extra space storage and now it’s public storage. And they keep raising the rates.

I went online and I was offered to chat with someone, which I did because they were able to help me find the perfect storage unit. After we found out which unit was best for me and my needs I was given a price and made an appointment so that I could come in and look at the unit. Everything happened fast and accurate and when I went there Saturday morning I was dealt with Elias Santiago's, the associate store manager. And oh my goodness the moment that we engaged I felt like I was family. The smile the welcome the positive energy that came from this young man was exhilarating. I instantly knew that I was so lucky to have come across the perfect place and the perfect person to help me set up, show me the unit answer all my questions and the conversations were amazing. I felt so great and I was so happy to have such great customer care the place was clean and amazing the prices were outstanding. I've never had to use a storage unit before and by the time I left with my key and passwords and information I felt like I've been cheating myself because I think everybody should have a storage unit for putting things away and just being more organized and this is what I was trying to achieve at my house and having Elias help me do that was something that made my day my week my month my year. So I strongly suggest that you keep this young man and your business because he is definitely a unique and precious manager, he made me feel so important so valued as a customer and in today's world to have somebody with such politeness and such a great positive attitude that we're laughing and smiling and it just like I said felt like he was family That's amazing You guys did a good job with your storage units and having him as an employee awesome job everyone.
