If I can give this place Negative 10 I would a big scam I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOT WHAT SO EVER I Rented from here for one month till I moved into my place moved most of my stuff out had a couple of lil things came back and they blocked my code to get in and was trying to force me to pay a whole other month that I was not going to be there then kept harassing me everyday to pay for another month I kept telling them no they kept the rest of my stuff all my work tools for work a big scam DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE AND ITS VERY GHETTO

Slow service due to lack of staff. The day I went the front Customer Service person was janitorial work cleaning the loading dock so I had to wait for them. Over time they have reduce their business hours. The only reason I keep using this place is the 4 feet loading dock and most of the spaces have 8 feet garage doors. If you are storing anything wider than 36" and you get a unit in the back half of the building good luck trying to get it through doors. I also question their "Climate control system".
I've had this storage unit for a while, and now im moving on. Thank you Kee & Josh for being extremely polite and making the process super easy for me. Kee was able to just find my unit by my name because I forgot what number I had. Thank you guys so much
Myself & my family came in today and we were assisted by Gina Abrams. She was so amazing. Very helpful, kind and able address all of our concerns. Great energy, and just knowledgeable about all of the things that we were worried about. 10/10 recommend her! A real breathe of fresh air!
Bring mouse/rat traps dirty opens @ 6am close @ 10 crazy wen u should b able to go wen u want the one on Erie Ave is HORRIBLE the one on Price staff steal rude bathroom is lock bout to start a class action lawsuit 😭😔 on them need better ppl

My experience at Public Storage with Ms Gina was amazing! Ms Gina made sure my needs were met for the storage space I was seeking. I was shown the bin sizes, I was informed about the location of my bin, and access to the building. Ms Gina and Josh made the process smooth and easy to acquire my storage bin. And the introductory $1 for the first month was a plus! I was very satisfied with my visit to Public Storage on Castor Ave today!

Clean facility but really limited hours for those who work 9-5. The app is pretty unreliable and crashed as I was trying to exit. I got a chastising email about exiting after hours because by the time I got the app back up it was 6:02, so they take that closing time seriously. I would have reconsidered going with this location if I’d thought to check the hours before. I feel fine having my stuff here, though.
I appreciate the four ladies who were working earlier, I was able to receive help in purchasing and locating my storage unit. I appreciate all the help sincerely. I was also given advice on my lock although small I believe I secured my few items I have in there. Thank you.

I came to inquire cause I’ve been shopping around for storage units. A young man I believe his name is Kenyatta, was very polite and definitely sold me. I’ll be back next week to get a unit!

The high as hell ! They have rat issues! If you are late at anytime they are quick to sell your stuff ! They open and close when they want ! Just don’t Waist your time !
Lack of quality. They had both gates closed on a Saturday all day with employees hiding in the back to not help no one. General or district manager, whatever they're called is very irresponsible. Two week and still no response when it' suppose to be 24/48 hours.
They never open time I'm always sitting outside waiting for them to open they are suppose to open at 930

This stirage place really sucks, you have to be retired to get access and they never stay open until they're supposed to. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone nor would i ever usethem again
Well i had my stuff at Castor and Armingo for about 7 years and I switched storage bins about 3 times for a cheaper unit because it was getting to expensive and the last time they charged me 154.00 for another and I think it shod have been cheaper because the last two times I switched it was like 90 something and I wanted to know why it wasn't 90 something with tax I think i payed to much for one more month thank you ...

I had a slight issue with transferring into a new unit. It was involved and confusing. However, Pearl contacted everyone she could think of to help resolve my issue. In the end, she was able to figure out a solution that I am very satisfied with and she will monitor my account to make sure everything goes the way it should. Pearl is patient, resourceful and willing to do what needs to be done. She is excellent!!

I would not recommend in good conscience, the price changes are drastic. There's is no compassion or help to see or meet the customer needs. The female employees are not properly informed. Keep your money go to uhual in long run its cheaper.
it looks pretty barebones these days, no accessories or anything. they have a rat problem. I know even people stuff can be infested so it's hard to keep everything out but there was clearly a rat party happening in my cube and there were no rat traps in that area. I use hard plastic cases and elevate carboard on top.of them if i have kt. I'm guessing they just move the same 5 traps around hundreds of square feet. when some checks out, they see the rats now live here because of all the droppings so they move traps there..then rats move away and so forth. paper tape and hard plastic is a must, for furniture...I dunno, I'd probably want to wrap it in 10 ft wide roll of 6 mil sheets from home depot, anything that you can obviously see was chewed through. you don't want to carry the pests back to your home or have rat babies birthed on your couch. place needs a rat house on every corner.

The staff is very nice. The facility isn’t bad, the prices are good and the location is convenient. I just wish the hours were better though. It’s basically 9-5 which is a pain if you have a job.

As far as I’ve seen, the storage inside is clean and temperature comfortable.
Update: I’ve now moved in and Audrey was exceptional in her treatment of not only myself, but every customer here. She even cleaned a cart for me… ☺️

Brenda helped me so much it's incredible. She saved me over a 100 bucks by switching to Geico -- oh wrong company, she saved me over 100 bucks by switching units, and with more space. Her and Siani were very helpful and were not short but took their time to help me out and treated me like a valued customer. I was not paid to add this review, but the savings I got today was my payment and I love to save money, thanks yall.

I recently rented a unit here. The office staff was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Additionally, the unit I got has very convenient entrance. Because of that, I don't usually need to use a dolly. However, they are usually hard to come by as they need to get more for the facility size. For my use case though, it's five stars as I bring my own dolly or not need to use one usually. Your mileage may vary. One thing I do wish was better is the access hours. If they were longer it would be more convenient, but I can work around that.
I'll update the review if anything major changes my opinion.
