Property manager named Jess has been super helpful and polite in getting me set up last minute with the spot here. Definitely went above and beyond to show me everything and answer my questions. Have been very happy with everything you pay the money for the month and they leave you alone. Plenty of time for Access during the day and it's gated so I feel my stuff is safer. I feel the need to update my review as I witnessed an incident yesterday while it unfolded. My unit is across the aisle from the building where a large group of family were moving items. I PERSONALLY witnessed both Jessica and Craig being screamed and cursed at by everyone over a situation that wasn't anywhere nearly as bad as the others are saying. These people not only were completely out of line in calling the PM extremely uncalled for names but they also barricaded the doors for her to not get in or out. They threw many large items of furniture all around the drive aisle and even next to my space and refused to calm down no matter how nicely the mangers tried to work with them. Honestly I saw the items and there was no signs of mold but definitely everything was soaking wet from the rain and maybe they just didn't feel like taking it with them.
Regardless management did a great job of handling and trying to diffuse this situation even while being completely disrespected and threatened.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not a care in the world for the belongings you store here. Their neglect,my belongings.
The management won't take care of the mold problem, and it's costed many valuable items to be ruined because of it. It's outrageously nasty.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Multiple units are infested with mold, ots just horrible. And don't even get me started on the staff here. They are so rude and could careless about your things. Go anywhere else you'll be thankful later.
Wouldn’t recommend this place doesn’t care for what happens to your stuff and if something does happen they don’t even take accountability for the damages.
Soooooooo much mold
I watched somebody move out as I was moving in and all of their stuff was covered in mold. I immediately took all of my stuff out and demanded a refund for the unit I paid for
My storage room made everything I had in there moldy disgusting and ruined I've had multiple books and wood in there that got ruined due to poor service f this place

Public storage has me paying 30 and 60 dollars for 2 storage units the same size rented on the same day. And when I called them for help have told me that it's only certain storage units that are able to recieve the discount. Why didn't the lady say this when she moved storage units for us? Why weren't we told this? We'd have kept the original storage unit we had. The lady moved them cause they were on opposite sides of the building. I even had to do the stupid thing online 3 different times so I could get the discounted price. But for the last 5 months now!!!!! I've been being charged full price for one of my same size units!!!!! And no call back from their district manager.

My father has been renting a unit for over a year now and Jess keeps the property very clean always does a good job at picking up any trash that is around. There was a price increase but honestly that is expected with the times that we are going through right now.
Raised my rate by over 50 dollars with no warning, I vacated the unit with 3 weeks left in a month and they charged me for the full month BUT also made it available to rent to someone else. Oh, and the unit next to me was a freakin' Beekeeper and his bees invaded my unit. So, there's that.

The receptionist was awesome! She is very pleasant and knowledgeable! She also helped me the lock for the storage unit. I could not lock it your bigger lock, she could not either! She put a smaller lock on it. She is definitely a keeper employee!!

I like the langhorn property because I'm able to drive up to my unit and the entire property is gated and even know that property is off the beaten path just a little bit set back from the road I've yet to see you a piece of trash out of place the grounds are kept up really nice and clean no clutter no trash I'd recommend it to anyone that asked
