I would love to know how this place has any positive reviews whatsoever: they have provided extra charges at every term. Rental fees for your rental facility if that makes any sense. They made it impossible for me to save my things that were irreplaceable family heirlooms and the last I had left from my grandparents. I paid from December to July without missing any payments. Then fell behind a month and they tacked on so many charges and were unwilling to even have a conversation about it. They sold my stuff so fast even when I came up with the money they told me it was too late and that I couldn’t even bid on the auction. I’m currently in talks with the better business bureau and a lawyer about there illegal contract small print that they think they have all figured out how to rob you legally. It’s a complete scam and anyone who wants to avoid a complete injustice of the law and will sell your entire life for 150 dollars on auction when you had the 600 they “said” I owed them with made up added fees and monthly raised rents without anything in writing to even make me aware of. I even went as far as finding the auction site either was being sold on and was the top bid on it when it ended. yet it ended and even though I was top bid it said that I didn’t win it or was even runner up. Then was told I was not allowed to bid on the unit by a girl named Jessica who had no reason as to why that was. What there doing is selling it to themselves then selling your belongings. If anyone else has ran into these issues with this place feel free to shoot me a message / email or response. Someone has to put a stop to what these people are doing and I am starting the process of court proceedings against them. If anyone else has been treated the same don’t lay down for them and fight back the right way with pen and lawyers. There is no monetary value I can place on things that were my grandparents who are long gone from this world. But I assure you I will do everything in my power to prove what these people are doing in court and hopefully be reimbursed for the stress and anguish this has caused for a single mother of two children who just lost there job and home and now everything that was inside of it. I don’t ever wish bad on anyone but the way I was treated by this group of people I have to make an exception.

In all of my experiences, I have never seen the level of customer service, professionalism, and helpfulness as I experienced with the site manager for the Fairless Hills Public Storage facility, Viktoriya. Not only should she be running this company, if we put her in charge of all the businesses in the United States customer service would improve by 100%. Don't take my word for it when you're shopping for storage in Fairless hills, do not pass up this location.

In a years time the cost of the unit has gone up and they painted the place. But it's the worst thing I've ever done. I would suggest buying a small trailer and store it yourself. That way when you're done you still have a trailer to sell or use. They inconvenience me last year for 9 weeks 9 weeks of where I couldn't get into the unit until after 7am and then they closed at 6pm . When Im still driving home. But God forbid they even knocked $5dollars off . Or you want your payment on the 14th or 15th of the month and they keep screwing with you to change it. I have all my payment history and it just looks crazy how I can pay on the same day of the month but sometimes there's a difference of $30or more sometimes!!!

Viktora was amazing, great customer service, quick an easy!

The building is clean and I have no problem with the workers there but.... I was paying for a 10 by 5 and when I opened it up, it was definitely not 5 feet. I brought a tape measure to be sure before I said anything and it was 10 by 4. That is a fifth (20 percent) of my storage unit was missing. I emailed public storage twice to even just settle on a slightly cheaper rate as i was paying for 10 by 5 and no one ever responded to any emails. I stopped using them and am looking at ther options.

Lovely ladies Jess and Tyasia from Langhorne helped me get all set up for this location. Great places definitely recommend

Wonderful service and great rates. Clean and tidy. Well managed. I’ve been looking around for sometime for a public storage to put my seasonal items and accessories. When I came to this location I was met with a smile and very professional service by one of the workers named Riley. Riley helped me accomplish everything I needed and now I can happily say I am comfortable with not only the service but the overall environment where my new storage is at.

Unfortunately the size I rented was a 5 x 10 unit. A few days had passed and I went there to deposit my belongings. Unfortunately the size is actually 4 x 10. I inquired about the units discrepancy. I was told that, "in the contract it was the approximate size of the unit". I said. It is literally 4 foot by 10. I showed her my tape measure. I know what the number 4 looks like. It wasn't 4 foot 8, 4 foot 10. It was 4 foot exactly. I was given a number to call and that was it. Customer service limbo. The unit wasn't even 4 foot and 1/4 inches. It was 4 by 10 exactly. What planet do you have to be on for 4 to be a 5. In that case my ???k is a foot long. Thanks public storage for allowing me to approximate. Next time my girlfriend says anything I'm going to revisit your contract and say it's an approximation. You blatant lying pieces of $#!™
