Lori always goes above and beyond for all my needs She’s just always pleasant and very helpful.
All my mother in law belongings are destroyed with rats urine and feces. We can’t even get in the unit of how bad the urine odor(poor brother in law try to w a mask) is move a box and rats come out. BIG RODANT PROBLEMThings that she had to put in storage after her husband passed away. Is disgusting …..then funny how then they tried to blame the customer (oh probably is what you brought in) reading some of the reviews have like probably 4 to 5 reviews with the same issues the rest probably friends and family reviews.

I never had a storage unit before and I couldn’t find my unit so I asked the guy at the front desk and he was nice enough to come out and show me exactly where it was and explained everything. I didn’t catch his name but he was great. Thanks!

This is a nasty place that is infected with rats. My stuff was in this place for one year, and I lost everything because it was damaged with the rats pee and feces so nasty, and they said that they can't do anything about it

It's not very handicapped friendly. I oreregistered and, I spoke with 2 people prior to showing up and was notified that I needed a lock, which I had to buy when I got there. They charged me 23$. They should have told me in advance because it was more than double what they cost.

Seeing how commoditized storage spaces are, the only two factors that can make a good experience are price and customer service. On the second note, I have to mention Lori and Jillian are amazing individuals who go out of their way to help customers. I did not have a similar experience with the previous property manager and employees so I’m very glad to give them a special mention!

Stopped in today just for info while I am in the market to find a place to store some stuff. Spoke with Lori on prices etc... Then toured the facility seemed cleaner than other similar businesses in the area. I also saw some customers using a cart provided which was good to know they have. Lori was patient with me and knowledgeable in answering all my concerns like how things are kept seasonal being it's cold months temp controlled units, the parking grounds with snow removal ice etc... She is Fabulous and was easy to deal with.

My Sister and I had not visited her Bensalem Public storage unit for some time. Our number to get thru the gate was not working, so we had to go inside and ask. We had the number right, but forgot about putting * before the numbers and # after the numbers. Lori was inside and all she had to do was tell us what to do but because we are older, she put on her coat and came outside in the cold with us to make sure we got it right. She was very thoughtful and pleasant. She also made sure we knew where our bin was located. Nothin was too much trouble for her. Having to store stuff can be an unpleasant experience but Lori helped make it better.
I have just had one of the nicest experiences of my life today! I received a call from Lori, Bensalem’s Public Storage manager, to advise me that she had received my check. When she saw my payment, she contacted her manager to see if something could be done about the price, since it was so high & I’ve had this space for a long time. She called me to tell me she was able to reduce the payments. I have been struggling for months with this fee, but have not been able to get the help to sort through things before I can empty the unit. It has my deceased father’s possessions in it, and has to be checked before things are trashed. Lori was pleasant, professional, and caring. For her to do this was beyond anything I could have imagined. She is an earthbound guardian angel, and I hope her employer realizes what a special person she is. God bless you, Lori, and thanks so much for looking out for your clients in such as special way!
I have been storing here for 5 years and while prior to these last few days I can agree with everyone’s review on how horrible service was with this place, I am now pleased! Actually I am so happy Lori is now in this office! She has went above and beyond to help me and provide me with details and services I have never once had here until she came through! I came in today to inquire about pricing, Lori showed me around and was very informative.
I’ve been using this location for 2 years, and recently had water leaking into my unit. I talked to Lori and she has been extremely helpful with the whole situation. She has really gone above and beyond to help me with everything and I honestly can’t say enough good about her. My problem has not only been fixed, but she’s also helping me get another unit in the same building.

I am making a move in the near future and I need to store some things in between my move out and move in dates. I came in to the Bensalem Public Storage and spoke with Maria. She was terrific, helping me understand what size unit would be best for my needs and made me feel comfortable about leaving my possessions in storage.
I come here all the time and this is the first time I've ever seen anybody sweeping the hallways in b building it looks great thanks a lot Maria!

I went into public storage to look for a storage unit which I have met one of the managers of the property by the name of Samora she was great at communicating and showing me the units they had available but unfortunately I was unable to rent a unit due to the facility not being climate control but her help was greatly appreciated! She offered to send me to academy and grant to see the units they have available because their facility is climate control! Thanks again to Samora!

BEWARE - Short version: Terrible service, desk staff can’t actually help with issues or questions. Rip off for extra paid days.
Long version: Office would not accept mandatory upcharged lock purchase return (though attempted returned before 30 days since move in date when could access said lock for first time). Was informed new client contract payments are based off first day you pay, NOT move in date that’s set. So the customer is ripped off and stolen from by PS for the days they pay for before they can actually enter their own unit, which is what the desk staff told me today upon inquiry as to why they would not accept lock return (PS provided upcharged locks are located inside unit at move in).
Unimpressed by this corporate business practice and unhelpful local staff on top of it who cannot assist with the issue, speaking with corporate and filing BBB/CFPB.

I don't remember the review I did awhile back,but things had since declined. The first day should have been a sign...move in day was on a weekend and when I went to access my unit they had placed some sort of funky lock on it. Of course no one was in the office and calling did no good...so basically they cost me moving help because my helpers weren't able to to their job. Then pretty much any time I've been there during 'business hours',no one was in the office. Then I get a notice of a huge rate hike so I decide to take my business elsewhere,so after I moved out I get a call that I had left an item outside and that they would charge me another month even though I had left the unit clean. Funny how they come to life when it comes to fees yet they were absent every other time I needed them. I'm not sure if this was a targeted thing but I would caution others to be aware. Btw it looks like the employees got all their friends to give good reviews because there's no way the reviews could be that good here.
This place is dirty, there was a deer carcass laying on the side of a unit for dam near a year. The gates go down with no property management on site and they charge one price and then jack the price up without notice. Going to take my stuff out of here.

Had a very bad experience with public storage. They raised the rent 3 times in one year on me there was potholes all over there property while you drive to your unit and I had a hole in my door for almost a year before they put tape over it to cover it. The one office lady is nice that the only star I give them.
This place has raised my rate three times since I’ve been here. Which has been less then a year. I was 7 days late on my payment and they denied me access to my storage unit. And charged me a $50 late fee. When I paid they then kept saying I hadn’t paid the previous month. I did, they apologized for the harassing texts I kept receiving about non payment but I kept receiving said texts. There is never any carts available without letting them physically hold on to your license. The elevator feels like it’s gonna crash every time you get on it. There are no cameras which makes it creepy being on the second floor alone. For such a penny pinching company you would think there wouldn’t be a large pot hole in the driveway and there wouldn’t be ice everywhere when it gets cold. Read the other reviews. Take your business where they take care of you. This isn’t it. I’ll definitely be leaving this month before the mice get into my unit as I see on here they’ve gotten into many others.
Place smells musky, they do not provide carts anymore and within the last 3 years the price for a 10x10 unit went up from like $99/month to $220/month.
It's a great place for mice. It's dirty, overpriced, and they never have any carts to transport your items towards the end of the month.
After 6 months, they raise your rent. But as soon as you cancel out your account, they give you a discount and beg you not to go, just like match dot com.
I needed to trash some of the stuff I didn't want in my car because of the mice droppings, they do NOT allow you access to their dumpster. Be prepared to use gloves, masks, and antiviral/ antibacterial spray to disinfect your belongings. Make sure it's all sealed too. Most of my items were in plastic storage bins.
I decided to take an hour during a work day midweek to go clear out the place because it got crowded on the weekends. No other cars in the place, and guess what? There are no carts either. I had to push very heavy items from the second floor, down a long hallway, to the elevator myself.
The carts are not always available, so be prepared to lug the stuff or bring a handcart.
Place is run down. Needs an face-lift

BEWARE!!! WE LOST 3/4 OF OUR STUFF BECAUSE THEY "FORGOT TO CLEAN THE GUTTERS IN OUR BUILDING " THATS A QUOTE RIGHT FROM MEGAN'S MOUTH. SHE SIGNED US UP. OUR THINGS WERE DAMAGED BY WATER & BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T INFO US ABOUT THE FLOOD, MOST STUFF HAD MOLD BY THE TIME WE FOUND OUT. STAY AWAY FROM PUBLIC STORAGES, ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON RT 13 IN BENSALEM. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A -10 BUT I HAD TO GIVE A STAR SO I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW. CONSIDER THAT 1 STAR A MIDDLE FINGER PUBLIC STORAGE AND TO MEGHAN IN THE FRONT OFFICE. THIS WAS IN 2015
I have been a customer for 4 years. So I was surprised at the rate hike I received. I stopped in to discuss this and was helped by Ron. He was kind and sympathetic. He took the time to assist me and was able to get a reduction in the monthly rate. This is a nice place to store your belongings and employees like Ron make it a pleasure to do business there.

DONT PUT YOUR STORAGE HERE !! I had a 5x5 unit for a little over a year. they continuously charged me more throughout the year so I decided to take my stuff out. a couple days ago I lost 90% of my storage because of their rat infestation. there were droppings everywhere, inside all my boxes and bags. I go to vacate and they tried charging me $20 more than my rent because I didn’t vacate two days ago when my rent was due, although I would’ve vacated on that day if their office was open.
Ron was very helpful, he gave me all the information I asked for and helped me pick out the perfect size unit for me.
