Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 125 Boro Line Rd, King of Prussia, PA

Today I rented a unit from the Bridgeport Public Storage. Nicole handled the leasing of the unit I rented. She was very efficient and thorough about everything that needed to be done regarding the paperwork and renting the unit, and she helped me select the best unit for my storage needs. She was very friendly yet highly professional. I went to several other Storage companies in the area and even closer to where I lived, but Nicole’s was far more thorough and didn’t seem rushed in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend using the Bridgeport Public Storage for all your storage and moving needs. A.G. Fletcher

They put a $44 lien fee on my account for $1.45 and the lady told me she wasn't going to call me $ I.45 when I spoke to her about my account, and customer service told me they cut and remove it. A $1.45 smfh And by the way I paid the amount the lady told me I had to pay which was $60 not $61.45

-5000 stars, there is a lock on my unit and I cannot move my stuff in. The property manager is not returning my calls. Customer service offered me another unit but I would have to pay for another lock. They have already stolen 51 from me on the unit that they were supposed to have ready for me. This place is running illegal business practices and will be reported. Do not use this facility

Nicole is amazing! She made sure my storage was locked and secured. She truly relieved my stress by following up on the phone and sending me photos, so I knew my storage was protected. Thank you Nicole! You are the best.

This was the first time that we have used a storage facility and we were very happy with the facility, which is spotless and the communication between Annie and us was great!

Right now, I would say a 1 star because, I have not yet received the lock for the storage bin and i am unable to store my items. I have called and left a message for the storage manager and have not receive a phone call back.

Great Location Just outside the King of Prussia Mall and an even better place to store. Wonderful assistance from Annie there and an all around great experience.

So I came to the property today with the attempt to move my belongings out not because there was anything wrong with the facility but because I didn't need that big of a unit anymore (10x20). So when I came to start the move out process I ran across an issue with my lock not being able to come out of the door. I went into the office and was greeted by the manager Annie. I let her know that I was having an issue and she got right up and walked with me to my space to help out. She did everything in her power to get the lock to come off the door and was actually successful at removing it. I let her know that I was moving but still had to figure out where the odd items that wouldn't fit in the apartment were going to go. So I didn't know that I was able to transfer into a smaller unit but Annie looked on her iPad and was able to give me pricing on a relatively large space 10x8 for only $37!!! When I say I signed up IMMEDIATELY for this space lets just say I was super thrilled to have ran across this young lady today. She literally helped me with more than what she knew. I appreciate what she has done for me today from the lock issue to finding me a cheaper unit to put my odd items in. Thanks so much for that Annie.

Annie was so nice and knowledgeable, took the time to show me different units, and was actually 20 dollars cheaper then she quoted me, new building, tons of security cameras, climate control, nice and clean.

New facility popped up in the area and I had the opportunity to speak with Annie, she was as informative and as gracious as one could ask for. I’m currently storing at a different facility and was looking to move my items closer to home. If this is the staff you keep at this building I believe my time here will be great! 10/10 service!

To Public Storage and whom it may concern , I want the world to know about Jade Broadus from the valley forge office of Public Storage. My name is Rita Wright and I have heard people speak of someone going above and beyond the call of duty but never have i experienced it first handed. I had tried to make application on line , called the 800 number , visited the Ridge avenue office and spoke with a very pleasant young lady at Ivy Hill Public Storage who tried to help with a follow up call , but it was Jade Broadus who happen to be working at the Ridge Avenue Store who understood the difficulties I was having trying to get satisfaction who took the time to search and research several different areas , several properties to make sure I had the right one . Her kindness support and professionalism was truly above and beyond the call of duty. Please know in my opinion any company should be proud to have this young lady represent them.
