I have been at public storage for over a year. An awesome employee name Cheyenne, who is their mostly , has taken care of any issue of mine with care , professionalism and respect. I may have not been there so long if I haven't felt like i am cared about as a customer. And can work through any issue with Cheyenne. Naya has also been really great. Public storage is very lucky to have an employee like cheyenne on the front line. And public storage is customers are lucky as well. Thank you!

Public Storage Office in Plymouth Meeting and was extremely impressed by a woman named Traci who went way above & beyond to help me through the process. I left there feeling very confident knowing exactly what to do to navigate the property. She was very patient & listened to my questions before answering them. She made sure to summarize our interaction so that I could walk out of there feeling real good. I wish there was more Customer Service people like Traci!

I was a customer for over 3 years. My rent was raised several times. The last increase of $47 placed me higher than a new customer and caused me to move my belongings elsewhere for less and with climate control. From my overall experience at moveout, new customers are treated really well. As an existing customer I was not treated as well as expected.

Good morning! I stopped into this location to ask some questions about different storage sizes. I was immediately greated by KEISHA. I started to explain that we would be cleaning out a home and needed to check different sizes. Keisha was very knowledgeable and even took time to show me different storage units. This made a huge difference for me because Keisha made this experience quick and easy. Thank you!
Great storage place. But it's hard to get out of the Gaye since the gate code box is in a bad place. I have to open my car door and get out to access the gate code box.

DO NOT BUY! I literally sold my house in December 2021 and got a 10 x 20 storage unit here… When I signed up it was 250 a month it is not even three months past (March 2022) and they randomly raised my price from $250 a month to $389 (BEFORE TAX).
This place is a rip off and didn’t even give me a two month notice of the price increase. Now I literally have to pack up my entire house again and find another unit because of the price gouging, oh and they said the price will also keep increasing… Keep increasing until when??? Until I’m paying you $1000 for the unit that was once $250 2 months ago? this is insane!!!!! Ripping off minority families and holding their things hostage also!
Keisha was a god send for me! She was the one who noticed an error on my part about my move in date and saved me hundreds of dollars by letting me know. All customer service should be this great. 👍👍👍
