We was there and met up with a polite young man named Bruce. He was very knowledgeable about the units and took his time explaining everything to us.
Having dealt with nightmares of storage facilities in the past, I had my doubts. These units were spacious, clean and well secured. Bruce was very comforting, supportive and answered every question I had. Guided from start to finish without a hitch. 10/10 I would recommend this site to a friend. Keep getting people like Bruce and every customer will be happy.

Over doubled the rent in 2 years. Stay FAR AWAY. Look at their extensive shareholder website and bare-bones "product" website which barely talks about the services they offer. The industry really needs to be regulated. Reported them to every office I could think of.
Space clean and well-managed, but beware of large corporate price increases that can occur almost immediately after signing a contract, despite verbal promises.

Bruce has been most helpful to accessing my account info and making any changes required. The facility is always clean and Bruce know the computer programs well to answer all my questions. And he is always pleasant. Chris also was very helpful. We wish him a full recovery.
The unit prices keep going up and up. Huge jumps in cost that make it prohibitive and while corporate costs go up - they do not justify the large increases.

The prices start out reasonable but then quickly jump up without any notice whatsoever. My 10x15 space is now $427/month which is double the 2021 price. Outrageous late fees too. Avoid at all costs.
I recently went to my storage unit and was approached by Chris who introduced himself to me. Chris was extremely cordial and friendly. He told me if there was anything I needed or that he could help with "to please let him know." Not many employees go out of their way to introduce themselves and make the customers feel comfortable with them. Chris has all the qualities any employer would want, and is an outstanding employee. Having rented a unit for two years now, I've had numerous interactions with Chris, and each time he has been consistently professional, courteous, and helpful. He takes the time to address any concerns or questions I have, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free.
Moreover, I've always been impressed by the cleanliness of both my unit and the entire facility. It's evident that the staff at this location takes pride in maintaining a tidy and well-organized space, which reflects positively on the company as a whole.

He’s friendly, helpful and very professional. He is a great representative of your company. I moved from a different storage facility I was using after being there only 2 months because of the condition of the units and feeling unsafe when I went there. Switching to the Glen Mills Public Storage was a great decision. I always feel safe when I’m there and the entire facility is kept immaculate (Because of Chris) . Chris was fantastic! Despite the cold and snowy conditions, he was helpful, cheerful, encouraging, and supportive. He explained my options and helped me find an extra moving cart. The next day, he followed up with me to make sure all went well. All the building doors worked as needed (magnets kept doors open on a timer; elevators worked; climate control worked; facility was clean and well lit). Great experience!
Chris keeps the place clean and running smoothly, every time I’ve needed help or had a question he has been very accommodating! Rates are reasonable especially for the size unit.

I am in the market for a storage unit and I was reading reviews. I seen that the public storage in Glen Mills raving about cleanliness and awesome customer service. The place did not disappoint it was everything that is in the other reviews clean Bathroom, outside property and inside. Chris walked me around and showed me all the different units that you had available at no time did I feel rushed. My spouse and I are looking forward rent space from Public Storage in the near future.

I have a unit and forgot to lock it up the other day. Within a couple hours Chris called me and told me he noticed the missing lock and that he put a master lock on it until I could make it back. I appreciated that as I have some expensive tools in there.

Online rental process was easy and the size unit I needed was affordable and available. The customer service is excellent with Chris.
The day of my "big" move (most of my items) Chris came out to greet us, he welcomed the movers and asked if they needed any water or a restroom. He welcomed my mother into the office, gave her water and a chair to sit and wait for the movers to finish.
The facility is clean and secure. I love the app that you can use to access the gate electronically. The paved areas around the unit buildings are clean and free of debris.
Since renting I have always been able to find a flatbed cart for use if I need one--the company keeps them parked just inside of doors for customer use.
I would highly recommend for safe and secure storage. Lighting inside buildings is great. When I go alone I feel safe.

This place since the pandemic has raised my rent so high, I can no longer afford it!! I don’t understand how this is even possible! I’ve tried calling corporate several times, I can’t get one person on the phone! If these policies were explained to me, I would have never put my belongings in this place! Everyone is out to rob you theses days

I am moving out of state, and reserved storage units at my new location. However, the move-in date was wrong on one of my units, and I was told to stop in at a location here to sign paperwork to change my move-in date. I went to the location in Glenn Mills today, and met with Bria, who made several attempts to get the computer to make the change, called the customer service people, and eventually worked out how to make the change. Great service for a person not even renting here. Many thanks to Bria!
