I had some questions about public storage that I posed to several places close to me and they were very vague. But when I called Chichester to speak with someone, a young lady named, Stephanie helped me. I explained to her that I may not use her facility, but I just wanted to have some clarity. She responded to me as if I were going to rent five units. She was very poised, polite, and very well informed. Certainly I would consider taking my items up there even though it’s further away because of the service information that she offered. You have a treasure there in that young lady.

I had such a terrible experience storing my belongings here! Be forewarned there is a family with multiple children living on the premises! If you move out past the 1st of the month you WILL be charged for a month's rent! No exceptions. Store your clothing and/or household items in sealed plastic or they will get mildew on them! This location closed for several days for repaving 9/23 and construction and inconvenienced their patrons with no compensation or pro rating. Literally the worst option for storing any-thing. I wish I had known any of this beforehand. Here's hoping someone reads this and fairs better or avoids public storage in Aston PA altogether!!!

Rented a unit with a buddy all of our stuff got covered in mold and mice. They do not allow on site trash disposal so we had to take all the stuff to a dump.
