Harry was very helpful in renting me a unit. I was interested in a promotional rate which worked fine. I did so because the unit I have presently of the same size - the rent has been increased over 50% in the last six months. I’ve tried to talk w/someone in mgmt but never get to speak w/anyone and they refuse to discuss why they raised the rates so much. Poor mgmt. so I cancelled the outrageous rent and took the promotional rate. Don’t plan to stay too long. That said Harry was great.
I needed short term storage and Harry was able to help me find a unit, get a competitive price and guide me with the process. Definitely would definitely recommend this storage to friends and family.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! The property manager is never there and I've been trying to get into my unit for 4 days and can't get in! They say they're escalating it and they don't and they still say it takes 24-48 hours for someone to get back to you. They raised my rent almost $100 in the past few months. So now paying almost $300 a month and I haven't been able to access my unit for 4 days after I paid the bill with late fees and all. Let me into my unit!! Whomever works at the frazer site needs to be fired!!!! Trying to force people to give 5 stars and they do this?! No signs or anything stating they would be closed and there never is any notice. LET ME INTO MY UNIT!!

Avoid if you need longer than a couple months! Our unit has QUADRUPLED in the last year!
That's right, the same units can be rented as of today on their website for 25% of what they are costing us now after repeated increases every 3-6 months with less than 30 days notice to get your stuff out or pay more.
This is the classic PREDATORY storage practice that should be a huge red flag to anyone thinking about using this place for more than a couple months. The second predatory practice is late fees at 25% of the full month payment. That's loan shark territory!
Also watch out for the classic 5-star fake review stuffing going on by 1-2 review users.
