The person helped me navigate a tricky rental, quickly and easily. She made what was a super stressful day for me a lot easier to bear, making the change in rental easy and fast!
I reserved online, super easy and got the app. Once arriving I had phone issues and Christine made it so easy to check me in and help me. My unit was cleaned and ready for me. Very nice service and even got a call to check in a couple days later about my unit. I am glad I choose this location after all the great service I got.

Expect large price increases. Over the last year rates have increased by $80 a month. When we first rented it was under $100 and now it is over $200 in 1.5 years. Our family had two units. They did not rise at the same pace. Seemed arbitrary since we rented same size units in the same month. A family member closed one. When asked why she said it was because it was too expensive. She was offered an incredible rate if she moved out for 24 hours and then back in. Left a bad taste. Have used some other locally owned units in the past that had very small increases per year.
The access hours are also very limited. No access as of 6pm.
I hate leaving bad reviews but the pricing feels predatory. We are paying 2.5 times now as compared to 1.5 years ago. Also - offering a good rate if we rent a truck and haul everything out and then back in….
Wish we would have known before we rented. Sharing for anyone who is also on a fixed income.

When I pulled up with my uhaul, I had no idea where to go. I drove around looking for my unit and didn’t see the number and was getting frustrated. Christine came over to assist me and showed me that my unit was inside. She kindly showed me how to reach it, walked me to it and showed me where the carts were to help me unload.
She also showed me how to keep the building doors open so they wouldn’t keep shutting on me between loads. She was very helpful and genuinely kind. The entire time she was helping me, she was also picking up every little piece of trash or debris that people had left behind or that had blown around. I’ve had several units with PS (Seattle, Sacramento) and this is the nicest, cleanest one with the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. Keep it up!

So this was my first time to this public storage and the lady in the office was super nice and smiling and helpful! I think her name is Christina or Christine but she is great! She helped me with several issues I was having as well as walked over to where each of our 3 storage units were to show me where each was and I appreciate that alot! Not a lot of customer service like that these days... People like that are great to interact with at businesses like this- I walked away happy and smiling which is important. so THANK YOU!

Way overcharged two demanding and they don't do anything for you it's just they charge you bills that you shouldn't get and the staff are just rude
Couldn't have had a better experience. Got set up and moved in within 10 minutes of my initial call, and moving out was a two minute job. This location isn't open after hours, though, so keep that in mind if you're going to want to move stuff in and out in the evening or early morning. Really nice staff.
