Currently locked inside this facility with no way to get out. Google said they were open til 9. We get here, their manager says they close in two minutes (at 6 pm) so we’ll have to call the number posted to be let out. The number does nothing, there’s no way to speak to a human, and the manager couldn’t be bothered to stick around for ten minutes to let us out. So here we are.
Can’t wait to cancel this membership. What an absolute joke.
Easy to access, facility is clean. I wish the hours were a little longer as I have more time in the evenings to access the storage unit. 7 or 8 PM on the week days would be nice.

Buttons are glitchy, dollies are locked up during business hours and there is no employees around ever, if you plan to move stuff into here I'd highly recommend planning around a few hours towards working around the inconveniences you wouldn't find anywhere but here.
Zero stars for clearly employees smoking in the front lobby. The smell is overwhelming when you walk in..
Update: Trying to use their automated system to pay my bill which not only does not work properly but charges you for paying your bill!?! A freaking 10 dollar fee to pay my bill!?! Why not just have that in the advertisement?? Hey the bill is 100.00 but its really 10 bucks more what a total clown show. Im sure Public storage could care less

Save yourself a bunch of money and store your things on your lawn or in your driveway. They will absolutely be as safe and secure as they are in this public storage. Just went by today to grab something only to find my unit unit has been broken into for the second time in a month, and besides that one of the last times I was there, I was loading the truck and inside a few minutes after closing and when I was ready to leave, I was not able to get out of the gate! My code would not open it and it said to see the front desk And whomever was working that day apparently decided to takeoff early so there was no one to let me out So two hours later, after calling the police and then the fire department they showed up with a key to open the gate and let me out. It’s also very conveniently owned by a company in Florida so literally could not be further away from me at this location and, when you speak with anyone about it, no one seems to really care a whole lot so now looks like it’s time to start figuring out what’s missing, I believe my unit size is the largest they have and it was full so needless to say the $5000 max that I can receive for insurance on the unit Will not even begin to cover what was in there. So very happy with my decision to keep my belongings at public storage.

I was needing to get a unit the same day , I explained my situation and the amount of stuff I had to store ..I was able to view a couple units that were on different floors of the storage complex , then after the tour I was able to pick which unit I felt best suit my needs..Kyra the property's manager was very knowledgeable and informative of this property ,I've been here four almost a year and have had no issues .. been to a few places through out the Portland area " this place is by far the best in service and accomodations for my things.......

They make it pretty simple and easy to get in and they have carts for getting heavy items up to your space. Overall I'm satisfied. One warning though, bring a jacket, it's super cold in there!

Great service and fair prices. Id been looking at other storage units and found some that might have been worth it to move my stuff to, so I asked about either a bigger unit or a similar one on the ground floor at a better price. When they couldn't find one, they actually gave me a significant discount off the one Im Already in! So I saved some money and didn't have to move my stuff. Nothing but good things to say. Only thing I would request is more carts to move things in and out, there's probably a half dozen and the seem to spread out pretty quick. Thank you to the management for running a fair operation and keeping it clean too.

If I could give zero stars I would, horrible management, never answers the phone, have to call the hogan location for them to send an email to the office for them to answer the phone or open the doors to the office. Will say they will leave notes on your account or update information and won’t. Jacks up rent after 3 months to some crazy high rate.
Also take a look at their reviews multiple of same person leaving a review with same first initial and last name. Go with the negative ratings most of them are 100% accurate to what this place really is like to deal with.

This is an amazing public storage the Manager is awesome she goes above and beyond her job duties to help customers out.
Don’t trust the front office they’re not worth anything they say on the phone. I drove 40 minutes across town to access my unit. I got there at 6:02 which shouldn’t have been a problem since I was told there’s access until 8:00 even though the office closes at 6:00. NOPE! Whoever gives out information on the phone needs to be fired. This place will just keep raising your rent and offering you practically nothing. Access hours are the same hours as office hours so good luck ever getting your stuff.

Y'all need to park your carts OUTSIDE THE LOCKED OFFICE. what's the point in after hours access to the building if you can't actually move anything in or out??? I wasted a trip cuz I couldnt actually put anything in the space cuz my unit is as far from the elevators as humanly possible, this is ridiculous.

Only issue I have is I wish they were open later than 6pm, other than that everything is great.
I thought it would be safer putting stuff in the storage but less than six months my storage was broke in through the top lost a few hundred worth of electronics so I would recommend.
Place is dirty. No one ever in the office. People breaking into units. Homeless using the bathrooms as showers. Nasty place!
Kyra is amazing! I had to clarify my timing so I could use the carts but she helped me to thoroughly understand everything so I just bring my dolly if I come in before 9:30. I love the security features here and the staff has been very helpful every step of the way!

Broken elevator means you’re out of luck if you’re above ground level.
If you're looking for secure and affordable storage, this is the one! Kyra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She made our reservation process a complete breeze. The facility is very well maintained and spotless inside.

Reasonable prices, however it’s a huge facility and crack heads have stolen all their carts. According to the manager they refuse to purchase new carts. That’s entirely rediculous.

Tried to rent a storage unit here online for moving to the Portland/Gresham area from another state. I rented the space a couple weeks in advance set to start on the 1st knowing I would make my first trip down on the 5th.
When I arrived to try to move items into the unit for the first time I couldn't even get in. There was a note taped to a window stating that all keypads and elevators are down and there is only access to first floor units, with the help of a property manager.
I have a 4th floor unit...which means I had no way to access anything even if I could contact a property manager, which I couldn't.
I had to end up finding a place to hold the items I'd brought with me. This morning I couldn't reach anyone at this location to explain how they were going to help me. Their corporate offices couldn't reach them either. The corporate office finally told me my best bet was to rent a unit somewhere else.
I did try at a different location in person, but their computers actually failed completely right in front of me. The hard drive actually crashed. On top of that even if it hadn't they were going to charge me nearly double the price and wouldn't offer me the new customer discount since I'd technically been a customer at a different location...just never got to actually use the unit.
So they don't respond, leave you completely in freefall when they screw up, and then try to make you pay more for it.
I'd almost rather lose all my possessions than deal with kind of shady business.

I rented a unit yesterday. Because there was no one in the office, I had to call a separate number. I was assured that someone should be in the office, and they must just be helping a customer. This morning, circumstances changed so I have been trying to cancel my reservation all day. I've walked over to the location 3 times, I've left two VMs for the property manager, I've chatted with a live agent, and I've now been on hold with the first number I called for an hour and twenty minutes.
So, if that's been my 24 hour experience maybe just don't use this place; they obviously don't have the staff to man the office, or the phones. Also, I went ahead and let myself in using the code I was sent and the elevator is broken. My unit is on the 4th floor; I would never have been able to use my storage unit anyway. At this point I don't even want my money back, I just want to know I won't continue to be charged.
Horrible access hours!!!! Really nuts. 9:30am till 6:00pm! Really??? Is this a bank???

Don’t use this place. Couple issues. Trying to get started on renting a storage unit, the doors to the office were all locked. Had to call another number, they were able to get ahold of property manager so we could finally get a unit. But couldn’t put stuff in our unit that day, elevators were broken down. Their elevator repair man was there or at another elevator elsewhere trying to get people stuck in an elevator out.
Have been trying to call since then to check on elevator situation before we take our stuff down there and find out if the elevator is working or not, but may have to since they don’t answer or return your call, when you do call and leave a message.
Also never knew a storage unit would require insurance, either under your own policy or an insurance with them. Also you have to use their lock, not your own. Wish we found another storage place at a good rate before reserving and paying online for this place.
We have bought abandoned storage units everywhere, and never had this much trouble at anywhere but here ever.

Go to any other public storage but this place! They don't know how to answer their phones, the office is always locked, the managers and rude and don't help you what so ever. Biggest mistake I made moving was putting my stuff here
It's a nice storage unit however elevators are kinda slow and annoying but the staff is awesome but there are only 4 large Dolly's to use and like I said it's slow when busy.
The property was very clean and office/lobby was organized. The property manager, Kyra, has always been very nice when I've gone in, and was very thorough when helping me figure out an issue I had concerning an auto pay error online, and spent half an hour solving the problem for me. Good customer service, and great property manager. Highly recommend.

Beware of this place, really scummy business practices. I snagged a unit at a great price and specifically spoke to their employees about increases because nothing was mentioned in my agreement. Well sure enough three months later they’ve jacked up the rent like crazy. I picked this facility despite having some of the worst hours in the area for the great price. Now I’ve moved away and I am more or less stuck here paying this higher rent with no added value. Buyer beware, even if they don’t claim what they are renting to you at for being an introductory rate they’ll raise it whenever they want and stick you with the bill
I called public storage because I had just rented a space, but noticed that I had made a mistake and rented the wrong one by accident, I got a hold of the property manager, and she was super helpful!, And helped me change my rental space to a different one, the one I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier she was very helpful, and was very very nice about the whole situation. I’m very happy exclamation!

The bearded man who works there is not professional. I watched him bask in self approval while he informed a younger couple that he was unable to allow them to unload the carts they had just filled because he had already shut down the elevator (but yet said nothing until they were ready to go up) which is not great but he then reopened the place after locking up and getting in his a car when he saw someone pull in. He allowed them entree!!!!!! Unsatisfactory and unsafe to treat them this way.
Also it's very confusing I get lost every time I visit.

Decent storage but code access is too short. You put your code in and call the elevator. By the time the elevator opens and you move your cart in the code has expired and the elevator doesn't work. So go out holding door so no one calls your cart to another floor and punch the code in again then quickly go inside and select your floor. This is literally every time. Let the code last long enough to put the cart in and press the button. Everything else was good.

The building is good, sufficient space, coded entry very secure, the staff are rediculous. The manager is very rude and acts unprofessional towards paying guests and the care taker or janitor acts really weird, he will constantly stare at you and try to indecently check out your belongings like he is there to catalogue, your valuables, Comings and goings-on and generally will be wherever you are to watch not so secretly every thing you do.
I've been at this facility a couple of weeks now and it's been a great experience. It's very clean and the staff is helpful. Kyra It's always willing to go the extra mile. This is definitely a better experience than at past storage facilities I've used. The prices are fair and I highly recommend this place.

The closing time is 6:00 p.m. that is when I usually get off work, when do people who work a 9 to 5:00 have time to get to their storage unit? I think they need to reconsider their closing times for people like me which I'm sure there's plenty of. Most storage units close around 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. this is why I read it two Stars, it is a new facility but the fact that the hours that they are open are very poor. I hope they change this soon.
