I must say due to the snow and ice and the unfortunate weather event that led to the collaspe of a awning at my storage facility i was extremely upset and worried about my unit ready to pack up and hightail it outta there... but once again the amazing work of Debbie had calmed me down and i can't imagine how frustrating this has been for her and the rest of the team.... i once again will be staying with this amazing property and the amazing people that work here.... I just wanted to let everyone know... how amazing and awesome Debbie has and continues to be... as long as she is on the team you will always have my business!!!!!

It has been a bafflingly horrible experience renting from this business the last 1.5 years.
They gradually raised the pricing over the time that I rented, and by the end, I was paying *over 3 times* my initial starting rate. ~$100/month for a tiny 5'x5' at the back of the facility--*that* is what you should expect to pay, not what is listed on their website.
The business is surrounded by homeless people and their RV/car camps. The elevator smells like somebody took a dump in there... It smells like a porta-potty. Many of the clothes I've retrieved from my storage unit are now damp and smell of mildew.
It was difficult even to cancel my rental--several days in a row, the manager did not answer my calls during business hours. When I went to clear out my unit, there were simply no carts available and it took hours to unload.
Most storage providers are bad, but this one is especially predatory. Expect the full slumlord experience.
I came across this place when I was looking for storage units but I had a few questions when I was on their website. When we went down to check out the facility, we went ahead and spoke to the personnel there.
Gianni made us feel confident with choosing them for their services. He took the time to show us one of the units that would have been available. Although he could help us set up our reservation, he encouraged us to use the online service for the deals.
Gianni also went above and beyond by double checking and giving me directions to the unit when I called after I made the reservation online because it had selected another space than the one he showed us.
I even got a call from Debbie, to ensure our move had been successful and to address any questions that we had.
Wonderful customer service.
I do have to note that unfortunately they did not have a dolly available, as we were told someone had taken it and did not bring it back. So I encourage you to bring your own if you had one.

The large outdoor unit I rented was clean and move-in ready. The entire facility appears well kept. I didn’t stay there very long, but I hope they will have a vacancy when I need storage again in a few months.

Management first prevented access to my storage unit and then restricted access. Their reason is I have left the
facility after the 9pm closing time!
Every other Public Storage I have
used have employees that let you
know it's time to leave. Yet this
facility has zero human oversight or
management. In fact I have yet to see any staff on site since renting the unit.
If people leaving at exactly 9pm is so important theywould have staff to ensure this.
Clearly the "honor" system isn't
working. I’m fairly certain it’s the main reason I see people exiting over the
fence every night I have been there!
• In addition, drug use and
distribution happens in plain view
with little fear of any management
enforcing any type of standards
here. Restricting my access is
ridiculous considering this location
doesn't even bother to provide
staffing to ensure the safety of
everyone's belongings. If they issue
me a full refund I will leave asap.

After having a sketchy experience at another storage facility I stopped by this spot and Kevin helped me out. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to rent the perfect space right there. I highly recommend this facility for storage. I can’t wait to move in!
So it’s been a year now and I really like my storage space. It’s just so convenient to drive up to a garage take care of whatever and leave.
They raised the rent again though! Second time in one year which really sucks. I had to move all of my things to a smaller unit. It was pretty stressful because I never see other cars there and for some reason everyone was there today all at once.
After I finished moving my things I needed to sweep out my old unit so I went home got my broom. When I returned Debbie, who works there and helped me out when I initially rented a year prior, was walking up to my unit with a broom. We chatted and swept and she helped me with the exit from my old unit to the new. She’s really patient and kind and I’m thankful to have had her help.
I went to my unit today and it was very cold and my key snapped off inside the lock. I felt grumpy going to the office as this is the third lock replacement AND just found out they raised my rent again but by FIFTY DOLLARS…..so when I went into the office I was a grouch but Cayci was so helpful and friendly I couldn’t be grumpy anymore. She helped me find a smaller less expensive unit just like that.
She is so awesome I hope she’s appreciated. I left feeling relief with a big smile. Thanks Cayci!

I have been a long time renter at this facility. The upkeep is excellent, the gate and door electronic locks always function, day or night. The employees do their best to keep customers happy. Carlos was a perfect example; I spoke with him once and he solved my problem right away, then called me back to confirm that all is done. Very professional. The prices are higher than some of the competitors after a year or two of increases but short term rentals are very reasonable.

If I could give more stars I would. I want to first say that the customer service i received from Carlos, was impeccable. I could not have had a better experience. Carlos was swamped, calls, people lined at the door and yet he handled each person with a smile on his face and patients. He was very efficient when made ever transaction that was in front of me flow very quickly, each person leaving with their needs met and a smile on their faces. As we all know, moving can be a very hectic time, especially when there's loss involved., no one knows what a persons situation is and with that in mind, I was so impressed with how Carlos handled each person as they were individuals going through a hectic time in their lives, with understanding, patience and kindness all the while being very professional, in spite of how rude some were being. But with that being said, each person did leave with a smile, including me. As Carlos had done with all the customers before me, he was understanding to my situation and went above and beyond to insure that my experience at Public Storage was top notch. I also want to say thank you to the on site manager, I believe her name is Debbie, she too was very understanding and wiling to be flexible and took time on her off time to answer question I needed answered. Thank you both for the experience. You both made my day!
