Lisa was great, I needed a storage unit when moving out and she helped me get one last minute on a Sunday. Then when I no longer needed it they let me move out easily. They have an app that sounds good even though I didn't use it and a nice facility. Would recommend! Just a note be careful entering the lot, it's a little trickier because of the crosswalk and bus stop right outside the lot.

I’ve been renting from this Public Storage location for the past year and have had a consistently positive experience. Since my visits are usually brief, I hadn’t fully recognized the quality of customer service I was receiving—until today. Lisa’s outstanding assistance really stood out to me and really demonstrated her team’s commitment to security and service.
On a particularly stressful day, I arrived to organize my unit, pressed for time with only an hour before closing. In my rush, I accidentally locked myself out without my phone. I went to the front office, and Lisa immediately stepped in to help, quickly understanding the urgency of my situation, showing genuine care. Thanks to her quick response, I was able to retrieve my phone just before closing.
Unfortunately, things took another wrong turn when I realized my lock had gone missing in the process. Just minutes before closing, Lisa once again came to the rescue. Lisa patiently guided me through the process of securing my unit, explaining the necessary steps for getting a replacement lock and ensuring I had everything I needed before closing. Her professionalism and support during such a stressful moment filled with my mistakes were truly appreciated, and I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond.
Her kindness, understanding, professionalism, promptness, and effectiveness in solving problems during a highly stressful, vulnerable moment in my life were truly appreciated—I can’t thank Lisa enough for turning such a difficult situation around with her exceptional service and empathy.

They close as early as 5pm! When I first signed up online it was advertised as having gate access from 6am to 9pm, but that's a lie! Gate hours are from 9:30am to 5pm weekends and 6pm weekdays. Super inconvenient! I work during those hours like most people do. It's not like anyone even needs to be on site for me to acess my unit so why the ridiculous curfew? Cancelling my unit and going somewhere with better access hours.
Amazing
I hate this place. I have 2 storage units here and they are only still here because I have no one to help me move. I am disabled and terminally ill and I cannot do it myself. I have been broke into 3 times and "conviently" the cameras couldn't see either one of my units. One of my units started at $68/month, in 3 years it is now $185/month. The other started at $85/month and after 6 months is already at $149/month. I wish I had any other option. They get almost half of my disability every month and are almost 100% of the reason that I stay poor. I will die poor.

Rented a unit online. Some of the app experience was confusing (the access code did not show) but Lisa in the office was super helpful. She even called a few days after to ensure we got moved in ok. Very easy experience. We feel very secure with the access times and gate process.

I've been renting here for a year and my rent has almost doubled. Started at $106 and now am being charged $189. No improvements have been made over that time.
A few months ago, the gate was destroyed by a car and they did not notify anyone for months that their units were accessible to the public because they weren't putting up a temporary fence.I had to call repeatedly each month to get some kind of discount ($20!) due to a reduction in service (security of the unit).
1/5 do not recommend
I held a reservation online and was called within a few hours by Jayce(sp?). They asked a few questions and we made an in office appointment. The initial appointment was quick and easy! We saw the very clean unit and they answered all our questions to satisfaction Jayce made us feel confident and we even had a few laughs. Thanks so much!

Nobody ever in the office. Nobody answering calls. I can't use my perpaid card online. Then they tried hitting me with a $20 Convenience fee when i tried paying over the with a Automatic voice teller. They're only open for 9 hours. That's not enough time for working people.

Great customer service
Getting and having my unit was great. Cancelling is IMPOSSIBLE and costumers service is non existent. Still no luck a month later. No return phone calls from property management after many messages and an empty locked office. I will not be renting here again
Have been to the property three times. My unit is one of the indoor units, with a locked door securing multiple units that are also secured with locks. The first two times I went, I was not given the code for the locked door, and it was just open. Went today to drop off some stuff around 10:30. Door was locked, nobody in the office. Looked through the app for a passcode, nothing there. Called public storage, got voicemail. No return call by end of day. Could use onsite staff during business hours.
It closes at 5 or 6 o'clock and the man that works until then is less than pleasant at any request. He will however come around to ask you why you're still here when it's ten minutes until close. With an attitude the whole time. It's fairly cheap rents though. I have to give them that. Just don't expect decent customer service.

Yuck. Can never reach the property manager, and the place was regularly crawling with local tweakers casing out storage units.
My unit was broken into and some of the employees are very Rude at least the one on 82 been a customer since 2021
The gate is consistently inoperable, leaving customers with no way to access their property. Janky af.
You can tell Izzie loves her job. She is always super helpful and talking about what she wants to do to help better this property!

One of the worst places to store things.
First of all they changed the locks on me. I was managing a rental and I got put on the contract yet any time there was a issue I had to get my buddy involved.
Passcodes change.
Main gate is left open often if not even able to close. I see people speaking of break ins at this location too.
When moving out there was a huge water fall over the door and keypad to get in and out.
Izzie always is super helpful and has a friendly attitude that makes the stress of trying to find a storage that suits my best needs less stressful and more enjoyable
No way to get into my unit. No one returning my calls and the office is locked, 1:30 on a Monday. Great service so far
My code for the door wasnt working but izzie was able to let me in and very nicely explained the system was having issues. 5 star customer service!!!
I was broken into 3 times at this place, in a 10x20 unit that is not climate controlled. I lost about $1500 worth of possessions. They denied my losses. I pay more here for a single unit, than for 2 of the same size at another company. And I was here for several years and paid rent on time - every time.
Before you rent here, make sure you're aware that you only have access your unit during limited daytime hours. So if you work regular business hours, don't count on being able to access your unit on your schedule.
Also be aware that they will increase rates on you with zero notice.
Closed during posted hours, advertised price "subject to change" at any time. Waste of time/money.

This place used to be decent BUT... Now they've changed all the doors and locks. . While I'm living out of the country.
My parents who have my old key and are able to access my unit whenever I need them to, now can't get my new key from the office.
They say I have to travel from Indonesia in person to get the key.
I understand security measures, but this is ridiculous.

If you want any kind of human experience with support if you travel, I wouldn't reccommend these guys.
I'd Love to update this review if we can find a work around to this issue.
