I've been in this spot for 3 years. Lynn is the sweetest lady ever. Superior customer care and service. She has helped me every single time with a smile on her face. She's an asset to this place. This is how this place keeps loyal customers. She made a frustrating situation that I encountered, easy, with her knowledge and understanding. If you need help with anything, ONLY ask for Lynn. Trust me she's the best.

Lynn was very helpful with getting me access to my unit as well as walking me up there and showing me how to use my lock! For being a first time storage unit owner that was very nice!

If you want a place that is never staffed when they say they're open, then go ahead and have a storage here.

Public storage not bad rental spots. Customer service at every one, needs attention and fixing.. hard to catch anyone at the office.. says they're there from around 9am to 5pm sometimes 6pm but there hardly there...can't get ahold of anyone it's a real struggle tryin to get information or help during the times we're there... needs better employees 🤷‍♂️

The unit is very clean and ready for storage. I was impressed that they have carts to take the storage up to the unit. If there are any problems, the property manager is more than willing to help. We did have a problem with the lock working correctly. And the app didn't work when we tried to open the gate in the elevator.

They will up your rate 3 months after signing up. They will give you a small rebate for 3 months but then up your rate. Find a place that won’t gouge you.

Lynn is a wonderful and helpful property manager who works Wednesday and Thursday in the afternoon. She is very polite and accommodating to many things you need with your storage unit. Great customer service.

This is a great facility, at great prices, and run by staff members who are truly helpful whenever needed… Lynn has been a gem to work with when any issue has come up! I highly recommend this particular Public Storage unit facility.

Rented a unit for about 4 years and put up with price increase after price increase. At the end it was double what they were charging new customers so we decided to get a new unit the same exact size for half the price. Turns out it was 5 units down on the same floor, in the same hallway, in the same building and wouldn't let the price transfer so we had to move everything. Not too big of a deal, annoying, but whatever. Got my confirmation email for the last day, no payment due, good to go. Got a phone call asking why I was leaving and I said the same thing. She didn't mention any payment due. Got a call from a collections agency today. One email went to spam saying I was delinquent on my unit. They sent me straight to collections 30 days after 1 email attempt to get money. No phone call, no 2nd attempt email, just straight to collections and ruined my credit for their mistake of billing when I wasn't even there. You guys sure treat loyal customers like garbage.

Rented a unit for $220 a month, 4 months later they were sneaky and changed my rate to $350. Dishonest buisness practices. Will never recommend to anyone.

I did a reservation online the setup was fast and easy after I got everything set up Lynn called and welcomed me to public storage and if I had any questions they were there to help I could not figure out the app for opening the door Matea was nice enough to be walk me through setting up the app and showing me how to open the doors and gates with it!

I was helping my buddy Jay at his storage unit and Lynn came over asked us how we were doing? We said we were doing great. Then she informed us about new units that were available near the unit we were in and we were thinking about expanding. She has such a soft and kind spirit. There are a lot of storage places to rent at but she makes this one great.

Staff was very helpful. The unit is clean and facilities are in good condition. The young man that assisted me changed the unit I had reserved online to the same sized one next to it with consideration to my ability to be able to open and close it. The original one required a bit more strength and coordination than I could accomplish my nerve damaged hand.

Easy access with their app is so nice. Just hit the open door button in the app and the door unlock. Online prices are the way to go. I like the fact that it's not far from where I will be moving to.

They hike up the rent every couple of months now it is ridiculous and I am pulling out.

I almost always leave a review for any type of customer service experience. With that said, they would really need to go above and beyond WITHIN their control to get a five star. The units are clean and the staff are very friendly. Prices amd process are pretty much the same as most public storages. I do want to mention why I gave the 5 star. I did have a issue that I had little luck handling. After speaking with customer service I was even more irritated. Not only did the staff in the local office reach out to make it right the district manager took the time to call me as well. This was a minor misunderstanding, but the way they handled it was as if it was a major screw up. They truly care about their customer satisfaction.

I had a minor issue with my reservation from a different Public Storage and Lynn was tremendous in ironing out the issue, squaring away my reservation and answered all outstanding questions that I had. She made a stressful situation a walk in the park. Appreciate her professionalism.
