Do not rent from this place. There is not always someone there to help. I left because I was tired of the increase in rent. I gave a notice that this would be my last month. I remove everything from my unit by the end of the month. I tried giving the lock and key back that night, couldn't. I returned the next day to give it to them. No one was in the office again. I opened the gate and put the lock and key in the unit thinking it was they right thing to do. They are now trying to charge me an entire months rent. And the disabled my gate code. This is apparently how you make money.

I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by the behavior of your employee towards me yesterday. As a paying customer, I had come to your store on my first day of moving into a new unit Despite sitting in my car for a few hours with my dog, waiting for my husband to arrive with the box truck to unload, I was approached by your employee and told to leave the property. This was surprising to me as the store was still open, and I was simply trying to find a solution for my flat tire. However, instead of being understanding or helpful, she proceeded to harass me, causing me to break down in tears and damage my car in the process. I was forced to park outside the fence and block the gate, as I did not want to cause any further damage. Despite my attempts to reason with her, she continued to bang on my window and yell at me, eventually even calling the police. This kind of behavior from an employee is unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of your business. I hope that steps will be taken to address this issue and ensure that no other customer has to go through such a horrible experience.

I recently had to get my unit re-keyed because my keys were stolen and Tiffany was an amazing help! Made the process so easy and friendly as always!

I have no idea why this place has high ratings. I made an appointment to rent and had confirmed my appointment online. I took my lunch time for the appointment to finalize and pay for the rental only to find the office closed and no answering the phone. I wasted my lunch time for nothing!! Why have a manager live on site if they aren't even going to open the office?! After reading the negative reviews, it seems I dodged a bullet on this one. Do not rent from here!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would !! DO NOT RENT HERE !! They allow people to have access to the gate & inside of the storage rooms to steal your belongings out your storage. My storage was being tampered with bolt cutters. I told them, they asked for my key so they could fix the lock and put a new one. I come back to my storage unit & all my belongings were gone !!

I've used these guys for a while. They don't work with you when in need. One worker refused to move her car out of my way because she was so afraid of me goin through the gate so she sat there and smiled at me as I asked her to move so I could put my code in. Power trip if you ask me. It was over 100 degrees I wasn't about to get out of AC to just type a code. She made me late to an appt because of her little stunt. I will be moving storage to a new company especially since I'm spending over 60$ now for a shoebox storage with that service
