Horrible management!!!!! All the way through! Go to the uhaul/storage on TV hwy! Much friendlier.
Been trying to get into my unit and the property for two days now. No return on calls. No access code. I’m paying for a storage I can’t even use. Had a truck to move into the storage for just a couple days. Now have no where to put my things.
Christine at the Aloha Public Storage is Amazing! Christine answered all my questions. She is very kind and welcoming. She explained the billing, how to enter and exit the facilities. Absolutely by far the best customer service and storage unit place ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Christine the onsite manager is spectacular. Seriously, shes very kind, gives excellent customer service, and not to mention the business itself is very clean. I buy storage units as well as have units that i pay for to store items ive bought thru action, so ive had lots of experience with storage unit places. And this location tops them all, and it all boils down to the employees there. And Christine is the whip cream and cherry on top. Ill be recommending this location to all those i know. Keep it up public storage..and Christine keep being the rock star you are. If i could of rated u a 10/10 i would have. But we will just have to go with 5 stars all across the board😁

We had a great experience moving our stuff into our Public Storage unit! Account setup was easy, staff communication was awesome, and the site seems very secure.

They are bunch of thieves!! I was told when I first started that they don't raise rents very often. Every 6 months they raise the rents like $50!! The manager is extremely hard to get hold of and deal with. I will never rent from them again!!

So cool that I can rent online and not have to deal with any power posing God mode super manager. I swear every time I get to one of these places these managers want to make up their own rules and try to force you to play by them. I'm sorry but if it's not in my lease agreement I'm not listening to you and if you have a problem with that we can take it up with some lawyers. And bye tearing open my unit while I'm inside and my door is halfway down don't touch my unit I pay rent. And then don't definitely don't tell me and try to force me to say I'm going to vacate when I'm saying get away from my car I'm allowed to take a break from moving and packing my stuff into my storage unit. You guys have a real problem and someone needs to address this with me because I am feeling like I have been harassed and threatened and I want Justice. Not really I just want somebody to tell this lady to back off me.

Whack a$$ storage unit. Unit#033’s door wouldn’t even close because whoever measured and created this door did not do it right. On the app it says office should be open because of the hours posted but after calling at least 5x and I even walked to main building, I got a hold of nobody. What a waste of our time!!!!! Reserved and moved out the same day. Never go here. I recommend extra space storage because it’s a lot warmer and cozier inside and they offer push carts for you to help load your stuff
Great storage place. There is a rodent problem in the storage room that I visited, but I don't know that all the units have the same problem.
Very clean and very safe! Christine is very helpful and makes sure people are adhering to the rules! Wasn't there long but never had to worry about my stuff and never had an issue. You want a secure spot? This is it.

I have to say this is one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve been to. My experience here was great and went smoothly. Not to mention, Christine was awesome, friendly and very helpful. I also have to mention that I noticed that she is a very hard worker. The entire time I was there she was nonstop out on the property working hard, that’s something I rarely see. She is definitely an asset to your company, so don’t let her go!

The agent was awesome and helped correct my online reservation. I prepaid online but then needed a larger unit. I don't recommend any A units at the front of the location if you have an actual moving truck since those are located on the only exit for the facility. Cargo vans and large pickup trucks would be fine, but the movers had to stop loading to move the 26 ft truck while loading and allow for other customers to exit the property. It would be nice if they had a sign posted about that or if the lane was wider.

Very unhappy with public storage, my rate went up without notice. Some of us don't have bank cards to make payments and No one was ever at the office so I could pay my bill. Came here several times waiting for up to an hour at times and no one would show even though their website would say this location was open. Due to this they charged me a late fee plus my rent increase. Just another place looking to take your money. I will be going back to the place I was at before, no surprises and definitely always have staff available to help with anything. Stay away, you have been warned!

I am very glad I found this place. I looked at a couple other locations and their rates were ridiculous not to mention their deals being somewhat misleading. The folks down here are great. I can't say enough good things about Christine a real angel helpful courteous and a great sense of humor. Talks to you like you're a friend. The site is always clean and you are sure to see someone checking the grounds asking if everything is ok and not in some annoying fasion. Just looking out for the customer. AAA service I love it!

I am writing a review because I am so astonished with the great customer care that Christine K. has provided me. I've had some trouble with my card going through last month because Google pay had deleted the 3 digits on the back of the card and kept rejecting my card. O ce that was sorted out, it tried to process the 7 times I had hit the "submit" button to pay. Christine saw this on line and had rejected the overpayments so it wouldn't impact my banking,
before I was even able to call her back to tell her what happened! This month, the autopay did not work and I somehow manually paid twice. One phone call later & Christine has it sorted. She even told me of a job opening and referred me for employment. It doesn't get better than that for Customer service!

Christine has been a great help with my experience at Public Storage. Please always confirm the rate and make sure your rate is valid once you are ready to sign the agreement. It seems their rates changes by the minute. I was quoted certain rate and when on site I was told the rate incrased and to accept when signing in to find out I had through different resources to deal with the issue.
The online process was process was super easy and management is great.
