Worst place on earth. My storage unit has been broken into and the roof fell down on me the other night while trying to get some belongings. The customer service to report the claim they have been awesomely rude as well. I wish I was there for Uhaul only oh my God.

The ceiling are falling down in the units. Very expensive and not maintained. The gate was unlocked the entire time and opened on a Saturday, so no security.

The worst garbage I have ever seen rented, they only steal the money and tell you that it is not their fault, when, the calls are recorded and the error was from the person who attended me who did not know how to take the correct date, and now he does not want to refund me the money $ 164.71 I do not like to make this kind of comments but I do not pick up the money from the trash so why do I have to be able to when it has cost me I hope for a solution because I will get to the last of this

Walked into a very nice cool office on a hot summer day to be greeted and helped by Morgan. She was quick, and told me ways to save more money, she was able to get me moved in very promptly. Also, they had the best prices in the city that I can find in this area. They have of course outdoor self storage, but they also have parking in the back if you have trailers or anything else. The “roads” in between storage units don’t have any potholes, that’s always a plus whenever you have a trailer and a lot less likely to break your ankle moving stuff in. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Just acquired a unit at the Hefner location. The website was giving me problems so I didn't complete the process. I went to the office and was assisted by Shavon. Shavon was/is the BEST! Very nice, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. I believe customer service is a lost art. I found it! Thank you Shavon. The old guy was very nice also. I spoke with him on the phone.

Closed my account November 14 2023. December 1 2023 my check account was charged for December 2023 rent. Still haven't received my refund.

To see what has been said from others who also feel that anyone that can say they appreciate my business when they have now started this assault on me like I never had the arrangement to pay in 2 installments but this month have threatened my will go to auction soon and have charged me outrageous late fees because they can if i don't pay as they say I have to now that hey letter that I have a lien on a unit not even ever over 30 days. I am appalled that they can treat customers this way after the charges they know exactly continue climbing and late as to think that anyone also living a nightmare over a storage unit is not what i call anything but disgusting and I truly wish I could afford to move my things somewhere other than this place that I'm beginning to believe is wanting my unit auctioned since im not even 1/2 a payment late more than the month end and they have now charged the late fees they can only assume that business practice is one that I wish I knew or I would again do business with anyone who believes that charging someone as steeply as they do on a rent they always have had paid before next bill is due and to keep hiking the monthly amount due then i would let everyome i know not to ever do business with a company that is very large yet treat their customers who have only a their partial payment a aaste of money now that they put a lien on a unit they know they doing purposely and to be threatened made to feel they are sending my things to auction all in one payment cycle is not at all what I believe when in their messaging are saying they appreciate our business I'm sure they are charging people the fees they do is something I have no doubt they appreciate the money they most will pay especially those of us who are actually before the payment due for 3 units for only 1/2 unpaid at most and think that's anything I wouldn't ever have anything with a company who thinks that people as angry as i am being treated will hopefully catches up to them and loss business for being this greedy. To be stressed about a storage unit never not paid before the next payment due and disregard anything they were told and stopped for a couple of months and always very understanding when I let the manager know of the things I

False advertising... They do not offer climate controlled units in fact we have had our belongings in one of their sweltering hot units for months and our stuff has become damaged and not only that but infested with roaches we just had to go and bomb our unit to even be able to remove our things from it!! $1 for the first month but after that they charge over $100 per month for a 10x10 small unit. Overpriced, false advertising

So my mom was paying for her aunt’s storage unit for years , sight unseen, trusting that the unit was secure . Here is a pic of unit H016 , with the ceiling out, but there was no Sheetrock on the items . Someone cleared the sheet rock, but did not tell my mom there was no ceiling . Anyone could walk the rafters and access the unit. The good storage boxes at the front were empty. My mom on her death bed just paid a 300 dollar check to the unit , but I’m sure she thought she was paying for a unit that wasn’t accessible to the neighbors through the ceiling . I would love a 300 dollar refund, but they said they would charge me for cleaning out the unit after auction. Please make sure your unit is secure . Mamager said “some units haven’t been accessed for years!” And I am like, so what? You can just have no ceiling and take the money??? Owner, please rectify this and if you charge me for emptying and cleanup you will hear from my lawyer . Manager said I could not “FILL UP” the dumpster on site at the facility. Who is it for ? Could it be for someone paying rent on an insecure unit for years ? Do better . Who cleared the drywall??! Who emptied the “good boxes” ? Manager was nice until I challenged about the ceiling . Shame on you taking advantage of old ladies .

At 1st I thought I'd get good service. But now I'm having to pay 3 different times this month because the person on the phone Pam and whoever else I spoke with gave me very misleading information about my bill. So this month I've given yall $125 extra. My bill is $81. I felt as if they weren't even tryen to make sure I was taken care of. I feel as if this company is being dishonest.

I've had to use this facility a few years back for my daughter is why I used them for me this time when I was outta state. They let me get everything situated from another state. They stole the catalytic converter off my truck the first day I parked my car there. Very corrupt people. The lowest of the low.
