I utilize the public storage on Penn Hefner and the associate Sid was very helpful kind and polite and made me laugh I appreciated her service

The customer service by Syd was outstanding. I can't brag enough about Syd. She is a definite benefit to the customer. The corporate policies, not so outstanding. They have a mandatory insurance requirement that cannot be satisfied with a renter's policy. If you're a homeowner, you are covered under your homeowners policy. If you are a renter, you will pay an extra $15 a month for the mandatory insurance.
Syd was extremely helpful as we transferred from a larger unit to a smaller unit.

No one at the office had direct phone number to office had called customer service and had no luck getting into this storage property. I showed up over an hour before their normal business hours and got nowhere I would never recommend a public storage that you cannot get into let alone this one...... also had to call police just to get out worst customer service 😤
Conveniently located. Great clean and very dry space. They have sales, discounts and specials. Tina is friendly, efficient and patient. Her on site office number is in the pre sign up reserve online. This is month to month. Staff lives on sight. This works better than any other storage I have ever leased. This is also on the EmbarkOK 5

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, they're quick to take your money, but take their time refunding your money. Finally someone reached out to me after a month to make things right and I received my refund thanks to her reaching out to me.

I have used a lot of storage places over the years this one is the best! I don't like that I don't have 24 hour access but I think they are open later so it works out. I have only seen one employee but she was friendly and I helped her scoop snow once at the gate. I will definitely continue to use their services.
