Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 15100 S Western Ave Ste 200, Oklahoma City, OK

I've been a client here for over 11 years even before it was public storage and we have several units with them. I have to say that Becky is awesome and helping us with our needs. She's so accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this storage unit to anybody. A+++!

Even though it get ignoring because they call like everyday. But once you get into the storage they are great. They nice friendly and it is easy to gwt to your storage.

Used to be secure care self storage abd then public storage bought them out and doubled the storage rent and closed earlier and went to some kind out kiosk where you can never talk to anyone face to face and get some direct answers.

When I initially started with this storage is was MOORE STORAGE great prices no hassle. I should have been grandfathered in on price Then it was bought out by public storage and the price of my unit has increased once every 6 MONTHS for 2 years and they are RIDICULOUS spikes in price it has gone from abt $138 a month to now $295 DO NOT do business with PUBLIC STORAGE they are not trustworthy and taking advantage of their clients. I will be coming to remove my belongings immediately! This is INSANE

*Shared my frustrations over the phone today, and the manager/staff member was nice. This review does not reflect against her customer service towards me* I've had this storage unit since before Public Storage took over. I have a 10x20 unit that was renting for $129/month without additional insurance requirement ($15). Public storage took over and required insurance, so that brought my cost to $144/mo (September 2022). Less than 6 months later, they increased my rate to $188 in Feb 2023. Now, a year later, they are increasing it to $226/mo. Called today to hopefully get some sort of resolution, only to be told there is nothing they can do. This is NOT a climate controlled unit (why the exponential increase??). This is a $97/month increase in less than two years. I have no doubt that Public Storage will continue to increase at an unreasonable rate. I am looking forward to getting my stuff out of storage ASAP, and would warn others to look elsewhere for their storage needs as well.

Mrs. Debi who manages this Storage Facility, is consistently very professional, congenial and demonstrates a very kind disposition!!!! Every time I need help with my storage unit, she always immediately assist me!!! She seems always, willing to help! If she she’s me, while I’m at my storage unit, she will STOP, and ask if I need any assistance!!!! She demonstrates PHENOMENAL Customer Service skills!!!!! Marguerita Shaw

I Love this storage facility- they are updating the way you have to enter and exit, which makes it more secure. Debi is always so helpful and makes me feel like I am her favorite renter all the time.
