I had insurance and units with their locks were "compromised" and due to certain guidelines, I still will not get compensated for my losses. Yes their was a claim filed and knew my unit was one broken into but I was told to file my own and since I couldn't get to my unit due to life circumstances not under my control I'm at a loss of heirlooms that will NEVER be replaced. They could've made it right but left everything's on me. WITH records of me paying my insurance on the unit for 2 years helped NONE. It doesn't matter how many cameras, how much money, friendliness of staff, what you sign, your lock or their's.... DO NOT PUT THINGS IN STORAGE THAT YOU CAN NOT REPLACE YOURSELF! I'M SO HEARTBROKEN AND DISAPPOINTED I can never recover from the damages done to my things and the disappearance of other items give to me from pass relatives(mom, dad, great uncle and my greatgreat gpa tools and more.) Yes, the staff knew my unique situation, and seemed to be pleasant. I paid my payments for 2yrs. including any late fees I may have accrued, and none of that mattered in the end. Their was even proof that my unit was compromised because my son's cross country bicycle was recovered BY THEM in the hallway near my storage unit and put up in a storage unit until he mentioned it. i was able to FINALLY get to the unit, but I couldn't complete the loops and jumps to receive compensation. Not even througthe claims filed by the business. They had proof but I had to have my own separate photos and some other fine print... I'm so distraught 💔💔🥹 ⚠️DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN STORAGE!! NO LOCK IS SAFE!! YES I WAS PAYING INSURANCE AND NO THAT DIDN'T MATTER IN THE END EITHER💔🥹😭** UPDATE**NO COMPENSATION NOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR INSURANCE PAID FOR 2YRS... Now that my son's father just passed I'm really hurt that I lost so much from trusting that at least paying insurance would cover my loss.... NOTHING TO THIS DAY

Super easy to reserve a unit. All necessary information gets sent to your phone. Been in and out of there with no issues. No complaints so far.

We utilized their facility for a year. After a couple of tight months and late payments. I was forced to physically pay cash. And to top it off we HAVE to take the lock and key. They won't take it back

raised my storage rate by > 25% and I hadn't been there even 6 months. Keegan, the Manager, was really responsive and was able to defer it for a few months, but pretty unhappy with their 'pricing competitiveness' review practices

In September of last year, I notified the office that I was moving out. Two days later, the gate "broke" and was left up for more than two weeks. A day after the gate failure, my indoor storage unit, and mine alone, was the subject of a theft in which more than 25 musical instruments were stolen. Public Storage refused to release their video tapes to me, then had an employee watch and take notes while I removed the rest of my items. I'm not saying it was an inside job, but. Can't adequately express how sullen and difficult the staff was after the fact. Care to guess how long it takes to get 25 guitars out of the second floor of a storage unit? It's long enough for a lot of great identifying information to appear on the tapes they refused to show without a subpoena.

Cindy was excellent to me and my partner. She stayed an extra 15 minutes to help us even though it was a simple fix that could have been put off she still helped and was happy to help! She is an absolute gem of a human! She happy to work with her and hope to see her smiling face when we come in again!

According to my sister, this location was broken into and all her home possessions (including all the furniture for her and her three children) was stolen, her entire unit cleared along with 2 other units.

You better hope Alex is there because I don't think you will get better service unless it is from him. Everything else as far units and pricing is fair. Don't have much to compare it to.

I’m dont typically use a storage facility but when moving into a new home, I stored my stuff here and while the storage itself was pretty standard, the customer service of their employee Kiegan I think his name was, was outstanding and that guy deserves a raise! In a world where people hate their jobs anymore, that kid seemed to be pretty pleasant! They need 10 of that guy!
