This storage is a big scam, the worker broke into my unit back in June she told me she replaced my lock filled police report go through unit just to find out everything that was stolen was stuff not covered by they insurance. All the jewelry was gone 1500 invicta watch & box, 400 citizen watch, all our earrings, all the way down to earring backings. Destroyed our whole unit dumped boxes flipped the whole unit. some real bums. Delt with insurance & the company for a few months trying to figure everything out when they randomly upped the bill no notice i told them this the last month I am going to be removing my stuff go in today to try & figure out why I'm being charged its cause they vacated us as if they didn't know we moved out & took our lock of our unit when we removed everything.
Be careful storing your items in this place they leave the front gate open all night long !!!

Cannot say enough about your property mgr Addie. I had a plan in mind that simply wasn't able to work out. Addie helped me and my storage plans were made better but not as much as I had hoped. I think Addie coud tell I'd hoped for a bit more and she apparently continued working on an even better outcome as I received a call the next morning that resulted in a better plan than I had originally conceived. Thanks to her tenacious effort and hard work I couldn't be more pleased. Hang on to this employee she is a huge credit to your company.

These people are robbers and scammers if you have anything in your units I suggest you get them out!! They cut off my lock in November put their company lock on and didn't tell me that my unit was vandalized by someone within the company. They had me paying on the unit for then till now without informing me it has been vandalized and they were harassing with never ending phone calls about ren fees but never informed me my unit was vandalized. And they even had picture of it being destroyed with they lock on it but never informed me.BIG RED FLAG don't do business here. I'm a shoe collector they took a priceless inventory that took years and years to build I had gold chain smart watches gold grills diamond earrings 2 12 fockford frosgate polar bearx speakers clothes with tags on that I never wore hats the whole 9 yards and then some. I am crushed do not shop here!!!!! And the employee that they have seem like they live there it always smells funny in the main office like they sleep there

I have paid on time, every month for months now. (Automatic payments) and public storage has kept consistently raising the monthly payments to almost double what I started out paying. I do not recommend, and will be moving everything out asap.

Cortney was helping me find a unit for some items i needed put away for an extended amount of time. She was extremely helpful, giving great insight & truly helping me figure out which storage would be perfect for me. She also recommended a couch cover that was exactly what i needed as i would like to keep my items in the best condition and it showed they truly wanted to help me out the best way they could. In the end even the prices were friendly convenient & customer friendly and i will be recommending these services to anyone that needs public storage in the area
I was downsizing my unit and did the online part and Courtney helped with the rest to make everything quick and easy. And found me a unit i needed next to my old one which made transfering my items less of a hassle and moving my car back and forth. So i very much appreciated that.
I walked in and met Cortney. She was very professional polite and pleasant. She showed me my space and how to operate the lock. She made signing in simple and concise. I feel much better knowing my stuff will be safe here.

Please make sure you check the ceilings here before renting your unit or your belongings will be ruined when it rains. I had two units here and the ceiling leaked in both. The most recent unit I had half of my belongings had begun to grow mold and I had to throw them out. The only good thing about the unit was the price. Guess you get what you pay for smh.

I came to this storage facility on a sad story to help my friend who was losing everything. Autumn (front desk) was the kindest person and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions (I had plenty), help me in the rental process and even showed me different sized units to ensure I got the right fit for my friend's belongings. She was so knowledgeable and held my hand through an unknown process.
Now that my friend is able to take over the unit, Autumn and her management team have made it a seamless process to transfer the unit into my friend's name.
This place is clean, well lit, gated and helpful. I am so thankful for this company having morals and ethics during such a hard time. It seems silly that a storage facility is out there making a difference, but these guys are.
I will recommend this place 100%.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, however very expensive for the smallest unit. 85.00 plus insurance for 5×10 just enough room for boxes or small items. Drive up storage unit almost 200.00, I was told prices on internet not correct.

I will never use public storage ever again they do not take care of their places properly... The outside of the buildings are fine it's the ceilings of the inside that whoever done them do not know what they're doing and I would think that would be their maintenance... I had dried drywall mud crumbling down on my stuff and I did not enjoy that because a lot of it was tools expensive tools... I rented a unit and also my wife rented a unit and we had to clean our stuff from the ceiling crumbling... I advise anybody out there that needs a storage unit go somewhere else then public storage because even if you get your stuff out the day before your monthly due they still charge you because they haven't gone around and did their job by lock check so the customer has to pay for the employees problem.. have a good day
